Ashtu si\u00e7 ishte edhe n\u00eb vitin e kaluar, q\u00eb jemi munduar bashk\u00eb me juve dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb dashur t\u00eb na d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb se bllokada institucionale e ka nj\u00eb em\u00ebr dhe nj\u00eb subjekt politik, q\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsisht, p\u00ebr dik\u00ebn fatmir\u00ebsisht, \u00ebsht\u00eb subjekti i par\u00eb. Edhe sonte seanca thirret n\u00eb 8 e 20 p\u00ebr &nbsp;or\u00ebn 8 t\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjes, dhe tash paramendoni edhe aspektin legal edhe p\u00ebrmbajt\u00ebsor, edhe t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, por edhe t\u00eb rregullores s\u00eb Kuvendit\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Zemaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr ndryshime kushtetuese \u00ebsht\u00eb e vonshme. Sipas tij k\u00ebto amendamente jan\u00eb demokratike dhe t\u00eb studiuara mir\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, por \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur kund\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb procedimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cK\u00ebto ndryshime t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb kaluar edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr flitrat e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese para nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb jan\u00eb amendamente demokratike, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb studiuara mir\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, n\u00eb rrethanat e zgjedhjes s\u00eb presidentit t\u00eb asaj kohe edhe n\u00eb kuptimin e marrjes s\u00eb mandatit edhe nd\u00ebrprerjes s\u00eb mandatit, por edhe t\u00eb reform\u00ebs zgjedhore dhe kushtetuese q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosiov\u00ebs.
