Mbrojtja ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb apeloj\u00eb, por nj\u00eb gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb: ky aktgjykim ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb individuale t\u00eb personave t\u00eb pandehur. Hapi i radh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhja e presidentit apo presidentes\u201d, ka deklaruar ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Von der Leyen ka theksuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrmjet subjekteve politike, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se stabiliteti institucional \u00ebsht\u00eb i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr reformat dhe zhvillimin ekonomik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cStabiliteti institucional \u00ebsht\u00eb themeli i gjith\u00e7kaje p\u00ebr reforma, p\u00ebr rritje dhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrparim n\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimin tuaj drejt BE-s\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kosova mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb deri n\u00eb 882 milion\u00eb euro<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presidentja e Komisionit Evropian ka p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur mb\u00ebshtetjen e BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr perspektiv\u00ebn evropiane t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke e lidhur at\u00eb me zbatimin e reformave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se Kosova mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb deri n\u00eb 882 milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebrmes Planit t\u00eb Rritjes, nd\u00ebrsa deri tani ka marr\u00eb 62 milion\u00eb euro parafinancim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPlani i Rritjes mund t&#8217;ju \u00e7oj\u00eb m\u00eb af\u00ebr drejt tregut t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe ju duhet ta kapni k\u00ebt\u00eb mund\u00ebsi\u201d, ka deklaruar von der Leyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje institucioneve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb avancojn\u00eb me reformat dhe t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb funksionalitet t\u00eb plot\u00eb institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Von der Leyen ka p\u00ebrmendur edhe procesin e roaming-ut dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e mundsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb SEPA si dy fusha ku pret progres t\u00eb m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTani keni kryenegociatorin e em\u00ebruar dhe shpresojm\u00eb q\u00eb negociatat t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo p\u00ebr roaming-un.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkaq, p\u00ebr SEPA-n, ajo ka deklaruar se miratimi i legjislacionit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs do t\u2019i hapte Kosov\u00ebs rrug\u00ebn drejt an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb Zon\u00ebn e P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Pagesave n\u00eb Euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas saj, SEPA ka potencial t\u2019u kursej\u00eb kompanive t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor deri n\u00eb 500 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Von der Leyen: Kosova duhet ta ruaj\u00eb karakterin multietnik<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presidentja e Komisionit Evropian ka folur edhe p\u00ebr raportet nd\u00ebrmjet komuniteteve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke theksuar nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e besimit me komunitetin serb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cE ardhmja evropiane e Kosov\u00ebs varet nga shoq\u00ebria q\u00eb e nd\u00ebrton.
