Ai tha&nbsp;se grat\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb shtyll\u00eb e historis\u00eb s\u00eb zhvillimit dhe q\u00ebndres\u00ebs s\u00eb vendit ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSot, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb kontributi i tyre t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb mund\u00ebsi pjes\u00ebmarrjeje dhe vendimmarrjeje. Barazia n\u00eb t\u00eb drejta dhe mund\u00ebsi do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e garantuara nga Kushtetuta dhe ligji t\u00eb zbatohen n\u00eb \u00e7do gjykat\u00eb, n\u00eb \u00e7do komun\u00eb, n\u00eb \u00e7do vend pune, n\u00eb \u00e7do stacion policie dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do institucion. Do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb dhuna ndaj grave dhe vajzave nuk tolerohet, nuk tolerohet dhe nuk fshihet, por parandalohet dhe nd\u00ebshkohet.
