Ai theksoi se procedurat p\u00ebr marrjen e shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb bullgare, t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit dhe p\u00ebr d\u00ebshmimin e origjin\u00ebs bullgare jan\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlikuara dhe i detyrojn\u00eb aplikant\u00ebt t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebs t\u00eb panevojsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai vuri n\u00eb dukje se personat nga diaspora q\u00eb marrin shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb bullgare duhet t\u00eb regjistrohen n\u00eb adresat e tyre reale jasht\u00eb vendit dhe jo n\u00eb adresa fiktive n\u00eb Bullgari, sepse kjo praktik\u00eb nd\u00ebrpret lidhjen midis autoriteteve bullgare dhe qytetar\u00ebve bullgar\u00eb n\u00eb vendet fqinje.&nbsp;Ai rekomandoi p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e procedurave online p\u00ebr aplikimin n\u00eb universitetet bullgare, sepse n\u00eb form\u00ebn e tyre aktuale ato lejojn\u00eb kopjimin gjat\u00eb provimeve dhe p\u00ebrdorimin e inteligjenc\u00ebs artificiale, gj\u00eb q\u00eb ndikon negativisht n\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhjen e student\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bnrnews.bg\/api\/media\/58522fd8-b717-4509-b164-2782886661a9?Size=large\" alt=\"prof.asoc. Edvin Sugarev, theksoi se rishkrimi i historis\u00eb dhe shkat\u00ebrrimi i monumenteve dhe varrezave ushtarake n\u00eb Rajonet Per\u00ebndimore jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb procesi q\u00eb synon dob\u00ebsimin e kujtes\u00ebs historike dhe t\u00eb identitetit etnik t\u00eb bullgar\u00ebve. Sipas tij, p\u00ebrmes paraqitjes s\u00eb Bullgaris\u00eb si agresore dhe fshirjes s\u00eb fakteve q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrputhen me versionin serb t\u00eb historis\u00eb, te t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb bullgar\u00eb mbillen ndjenja faji p\u00ebr origjin\u00ebn e tyre etnike, turpi dhe distancimi nga Bullgaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bnrnews.bg\/api\/media\/6d20108b-d630-4916-a115-486055e25608?Size=large\" alt=\"prof.asoc. Angell Xhonev, theksoi se, si alternativ\u00eb ndaj identitetit komb\u00ebtar bullgar, propaganda shtet\u00ebrore serbe promovon n\u00eb komunitetin bullgar mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb individ\u00ebt t\u00eb vet\u00ebidentifikohen si pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb etnis\u00eb shope ose turlashe. Ai vuri n\u00eb dukje se midis dy regjistrimeve zyrtare t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi, n\u00eb vitet 2010 dhe 2020, numri i personave q\u00eb u vet\u00ebidentifikuan si shope u dyfishua, duke arritur n\u00eb mbi 2 000 persona. Shumica e tyre jan\u00eb nga zona e Caribrodit, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht nga rajonet e Pirotit dhe Nishit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Valentin Janev nga Instituti Shkencor \u201eRajonet Per\u00ebndimore\u201c mbajti nj\u00eb referat mbi ndotjen e shkaktuar nga industria minerare. Sipas tij, veprimtaria e minierave \u201eKaramanica\u201c dhe \u201eGrot\u201c gjat\u00eb dekadave t\u00eb fundit ka ndikuar n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e rrethin\u00ebs s\u00eb Bosilegradit, n\u00eb Morav\u00ebn e Jugut dhe n\u00eb territoret me popullsi bullgare. Ai vuri n\u00eb dukje ndotjen e ajrit dhe t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave, pranin\u00eb e metaleve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, mbetjeve, si dhe pasojat p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e popullsis\u00eb. Si rrug\u00eb kryesore t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb ndot\u00ebsve, Janev ve\u00e7oi lumenjt\u00eb Karamani\u00e7ka dhe Ljubatska, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt derdhen n\u00eb lumin Struma, q\u00eb kalon edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr Bullgari, duke ndotur gjithashtu uj\u00ebrat n\u00ebntok\u00ebsore nd\u00ebrkufitare, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe ato n\u00eb Bullgari. Ivan Canov nga Universiteti i Ekonomis\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare dhe Bot\u00ebrore. N\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes ishte shnd\u00ebrrimi i zon\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkufitare bullgaro-serbe n\u00eb nj\u00eb korridor ose zon\u00eb t\u00eb posa\u00e7me ekonomike. Sipas tij, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb, me ndihm\u00ebn e instrumenteve t\u00eb investimeve t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura nga shteti bullgar, duhet t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet sip\u00ebrmarrja private. Shkenc\u00ebtari theksoi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb se kjo nuk mund t\u00eb realizohet pa p\u00eblqimin e shtetit serb, respektimin e sovranitetit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe zbatimin e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs tregtare serbe. Canov n\u00ebnvizoi se krijimi i zon\u00ebs s\u00eb posa\u00e7me nd\u00ebrkufitare duhet t\u00eb bazohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim trepal\u00ebsh, ku, krahas Bullgaris\u00eb dhe Serbis\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet edhe Bashkimi Evropian. Ekonomisti propozoi nj\u00eb model n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin Serbia t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb tok\u00ebn, fuqin\u00eb pun\u00ebtore dhe baz\u00ebn lokale t\u00eb prodhimit, nd\u00ebrsa Bullgaria t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb me kapital, teknologji dhe menaxhim. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, Rajonet Per\u00ebndimore do t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrroheshin nga nj\u00eb zon\u00eb periferike n\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr midis dy shteteve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para forumit, kryetari i shoqat\u00ebs \u201cGLLAS\u201d (\u201cZ\u00eb\u201d) nga Bosilegradi, Aleksand\u00ebr Dimitrov, solli si shembull financimin e komunitetit kroat n\u00eb Serbi, nj\u00eb model q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret edhe nga Bullgaria. Ai tha se qyteti i Zagrebit d\u00ebrgon&nbsp;nj\u00eb num\u00ebr specialist\u00ebsh, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb praktik\u00eb punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillimin e rajoneve kroate n\u00eb Vojvodina.
