Me ndryshimet e fundit ligjore, gjobat e k\u00ebsaj natyre m\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb merren nga p\u00ebrmbaruesi privat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Operatori shtet\u00ebror serb i telekomunikimit, MTS, do t\u00eb ket\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shmang\u00eb<br>pages\u00ebn e gjob\u00ebs prej 1.5 milion\u00eb eurosh, t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga Autoriteti i Konkurrenc\u00ebs,<br>ngase i \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb procedura p\u00ebrmbarimore p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndryshimeve ligjore.<br>N\u00eb vitin 2023, MTS ishte gjobitur p\u00ebr dy shkelje t\u00eb rregullave t\u00eb konkurrenc\u00ebs,<br>ngase kishte bler\u00eb, pa raportuar fare, aksione t\u00eb kompanive t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb<br>sh\u00ebrbime telekomunikacioni, n\u00eb zonat serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>MTS ishte ankuar p\u00ebr gjob\u00ebn n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb dhe vitin e kaluar humbi rastin edhe n\u00eb<br>apel. Albion Rexhepi, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi i Divizionit p\u00ebr Marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb Ndaluara n\u00eb<br>Autoritetin e Konkurrenc\u00ebs, ka shpjeguar p\u00ebr Radio Kosov\u00ebn se gjoba nuk ka<br>mundur t\u00eb merret m\u00eb her\u00ebt p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb procedurave n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u201cAutoriteti i Konkurrenc\u00ebs i ka d\u00ebrguar rastet e fituara tek p\u00ebrmbaruesi. Deri<br>m\u00eb tani p\u00ebrmbaruesi do t\u00eb duhet ta kryente pun\u00ebn e vet, mir\u00ebpo ka ndryshuar ligji<br>p\u00ebr procedur\u00ebn p\u00ebrmbarimore.
