I nj\u00ebjti do t\u00eb procedohet p\u00ebr miratim n\u00eb shqyrtim t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb Kuvendit, e thirrur p\u00ebr or\u00ebn 09:00.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryetari i Komisionit p\u00ebr Legjislacion, nga radh\u00ebt e Vet\u00ebvendosjes, Vigan Qorolli, tha se kan\u00eb pranuar opinionin e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe se ligji i plot\u00ebson standardet e nevojshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNe si komision duhet t\u00eb jemi shum\u00eb t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm. Ne si LVV do ta japim vot\u00ebn ton\u00eb pro dhe do t\u00eb ndihmojm\u00eb q\u00eb ta kalojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb, sepse lufta e drejt\u00eb e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pjesa m\u00eb e lavdishme e identitetit ton\u00eb\u201d, ka deklaruar ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Komisionit k\u00ebrkuan sot unifikim t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve p\u00ebr ta kaluar plot\u00ebsim-ndryshimin e ligjit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar Kushtetut\u00ebn na duhet nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb e dyfisht\u00eb. Nj\u00eb dilem\u00eb q\u00eb e kemi pasur \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb opinion \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebse ky ligj mund t\u00eb sfidohet. Ai nuk i n\u00ebnshtrohet kontrollit t\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara n\u00eb Hag\u00eb. Kompetenc\u00ebn q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb ligj, ne ia kemi bartur Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Un\u00eb besoj q\u00eb kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb zgjidhjen m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb.
