{"id":35664,"date":"2026-10-05T14:10:00","date_gmt":"2026-10-05T12:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=35664"},"modified":"2026-10-05T17:40:16","modified_gmt":"2026-10-05T15:40:16","slug":"tahiri-kerkon-mocion-per-votim-ne-lexim-te-dyte-haxhiu-e-kundershton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/10\/05\/tahiri-kerkon-mocion-per-votim-ne-lexim-te-dyte-haxhiu-e-kundershton\/","title":{"rendered":"Tahiri k\u00ebrkon mocion p\u00ebr votim n\u00eb lexim t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, Haxhiu e kund\u00ebrshton"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shefi i Grupit Parlamentar t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb, Arian Tahiri, ka k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb ndryshimet n\u00eb Ligjin p\u00ebr Dhomat e Specializuara dhe Zyr\u00ebn e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar t\u00eb shqyrtohen me procedur\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb projektligji t\u00eb votohet n\u00eb lexim t\u00eb dyt\u00eb gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme, por nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e till\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet pikave t\u00eb rendit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar nga kryetarja e Kuvendit, Albulena Haxhiu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tahiri, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Grupit Parlamentar t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb, ka paraqitur mocion procedural p\u00ebr shmangien nga afatet e p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb Rregulloren e Kuvendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas propozimit t\u00eb tij, amendamentet do t\u00eb mund t\u2019i adresoheshin Komisionit Funksional p\u00ebr Legjislacion deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 14:30, nd\u00ebrsa komisioni do ta shqyrtonte projektligjin deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 15:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eb pas, komisionet e p\u00ebrhershme do ta shqyrtonin projektligjin deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 16:30, nd\u00ebrsa Komisioni Funksional p\u00ebr Legjislacion do t\u2019ia paraqiste Kuvendit raportin me rekomandime deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 17:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tahiri k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb shqyrtimi i dyt\u00eb i projektligjit t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn plenare n\u00eb or\u00ebn 17:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai k\u00ebrkoi mb\u00ebshtetjen e t\u00eb gjitha grupeve parlamentare, duke theksuar urgjenc\u00ebn e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, kryetarja e Kuvendit, Albulena Haxhiu, e kund\u00ebrshtoi m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e paraqitjes s\u00eb mocionit, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se mocionet procedurale nuk paraqiten nd\u00ebrmjet pikave t\u00eb rendit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haxhiu tha se ishte r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord q\u00eb fillimisht t\u00eb zhvillohej nj\u00eb takim nd\u00ebrmjet kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb partive politike dhe m\u00eb pas t\u00eb arrihej nj\u00eb dakordim p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen n\u00eb fjal\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo i b\u00ebri thirrje PDK-s\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet nga propozimi dhe q\u00eb kryetar\u00ebt e partive t\u00eb takohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb zgjidhje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDakorimi ishte pas takimit nd\u00ebrmjet kryetar\u00ebve, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Vet\u00ebvendosjes, kryeministrit Kurti dhe Bedri Hamz\u00ebs, kryetarit t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb, pastaj mund t\u00eb vijm\u00eb me nj\u00eb dakordim p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu ishte marr\u00ebveshja, kjo u b\u00eb para shefave t\u00eb grupeve parlamentare dhe nuk e kuptoj si ka mund\u00ebsi pak prej koh\u00ebs kur jemi marr\u00eb vesh vini dhe e ndryshoni q\u00ebndrimin\u201d, ka theksuar Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb urgjenc\u00ebs dhe ndjeshm\u00ebris\u00eb pas vendimit t\u00eb 16 shtatorit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb t\u00eb jemi bashk\u00eb dhe t&#8217;i japim vendit president, sepse ne mund ta votojm\u00eb ligjin, por ata atje, n\u00ebse ne shkojm\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje, mbesin vet\u00ebm\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPrandaj un\u00eb sot ju ftoj, edhe si Kryetare e Kuvendit, edhe si ushtruese e detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb Presidentes, takohuni, merruni vesh dhe ejani n\u00eb seanc\u00eb. Nuk ka m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, po e p\u00ebrs\u00ebris, se presidenti. Jo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb emrit t\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7\u00ebm, po nuk mund ta \u00e7ojm\u00eb vendin n\u00eb zgjedhje p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb presidentit. \u00cbsht\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi, \u00ebsht\u00eb moskok\u00eb\u00e7arje n\u00eb raport me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb e kemi para qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Pra, ju lutem q\u00eb t\u00eb veproni n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me marr\u00ebveshjen\u201d, ka shtuar Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tutje kryeparlamentarja ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret situata aktuale dhe t\u00eb luhet me ndjenjat e protestuesve jasht\u00eb k\u00ebtij Kuvendi dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebhen propozime t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSepse k\u00ebtu jemi edhe sot deri von\u00eb, do t\u00eb jemi sa t\u00eb ket\u00eb nevoj\u00eb, e kemi koh\u00eb edhe nes\u00ebr. S&#8217;keni nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr mocione t\u00eb tilla. Absolutisht asnj\u00eb nevoj\u00eb nuk e keni p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb\u201d, ka n\u00ebnvizuar Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo gjithashtu tha se \u00e7\u00ebshtja e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb trajtohet si pron\u00ebsi e nj\u00eb partie politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cU\u00c7K-n\u00eb nuk mund ta mbroj\u00eb vet\u00ebm PDK-ja. U\u00c7K-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb e popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. U\u00c7K ka edhe Vet\u00ebvendosje, edhe n\u00eb PDK, edhe n\u00eb LDK, edhe n\u00eb AAK, edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sall\u00eb!
