Sipas tij, ai fillimisht kishte dal\u00eb nga pjesa e pasme e objektit, ku nuk kishte pasur turm\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb pas, kur kishte arritur te hyrja kryesore, ishte ndalur nga disa protestues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFillimisht tre-kat\u00ebr veta m\u00eb kan\u00eb ndalur dhe m\u00eb kan\u00eb pyetur a je deputet.Pastaj m\u00eb kan\u00eb pyetur se cil\u00ebs parti i takoj dhe u kam treguar se jam deputet i L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje\u201d, ka deklaruar Rexhepi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai tha se protestuesit i kishin k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb kthehej brenda objektit t\u00eb Kuvendit, pavar\u00ebsisht se seanca kishte p\u00ebrfunduar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb prej meje q\u00eb t\u00eb kthehem. Un\u00eb u kam th\u00ebn\u00eb se seanca ka p\u00ebrfunduar dhe projektligji \u00ebsht\u00eb votuar. Kur t\u00eb na th\u00ebrrasin p\u00ebr seanc\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs, ne p\u00ebrs\u00ebri kthehemi\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas deputetit, situata m\u00eb pas ishte tensionuar dhe protestuesit kishin filluar t\u00eb silleshin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb agresive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cUn\u00eb u kam th\u00ebn\u00eb mos m\u00eb kapni, mos m\u00eb prekni, mos m\u00eb shtyni, edhe kthehem vet\u00eb. Nuk ka nevoj\u00eb me pasur k\u00ebtu ballafaqime e shtyrje\u2019\u201d, u shpreh Rexhepi duke pretenduar se situata ishte p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzuar pas afrimit t\u00eb nj\u00ebrit prej drejtuesve t\u00eb protest\u00ebs,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00eb at\u00eb moment \u00ebsht\u00eb afruar \u00c7lirim Haziri, ky udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi kryesor q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i protestave. Edhe ky e ka nxitur, me th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, krejt situat\u00ebn n\u00eb at\u00eb moment.
