K\u00ebrkesa jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb: t\u00eb thirret seanca, ligji t\u00eb votohet n\u00eb lexim t\u00eb dyt\u00eb. Nuk ka asnj\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, asnj\u00eb penges\u00eb. N\u00ebse ka pasur \u00e7far\u00ebdo pengese apo \u00e7far\u00ebdo dileme, pse ka kaluar n\u00eb lexim t\u00eb par\u00eb?\u201d, tha Hamza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se p\u00ebrderisa ligji u votua n\u00eb lexim t\u00eb par\u00eb, nuk ka arsye mos t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00eb lexim t\u00eb dyt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNe kemi folur vazhdimisht dhe kemi th\u00ebn\u00eb se ligjet duhet votuar n\u00eb dy lexime. U\u00c7K ka ekzistuar para se t\u00eb ekzistonte PDK e partit\u00eb e tjera. \u00cbsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do parti ka ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb.
