Ky moment k\u00ebrkon vendimmarrje n\u00eb interes t\u00eb shtetit dhe p\u00ebrmbushje t\u00eb detyrimeve ndaj p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb popullit ton\u00eb p\u00ebr liri\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn e PDK-s\u00eb pas mbledhjes s\u00eb kryesis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas PDK-s\u00eb, ky subjekt e ka iniciuar k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj pas takimeve dhe konsultimeve me t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb politike shqiptare, me bindjen se mbrojtja e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe e \u00e7lirimtar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKy ligj \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb&nbsp; i madh se secila parti: ai lidhet drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, t\u00eb tashmen dhe t\u00eb ardhmen e shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Prandaj, miratimi i tij k\u00ebrkon unitet politik dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi ndaj vendit\u201d, thot\u00eb PDK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr PDK-n\u00eb, prioriteti i menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllja e miratimit t\u00eb ligjit n\u00eb dy lexime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKuvendi duhet ta p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces pa zvarritje t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme dhe t\u2019i jap\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr mbrojtje t\u00eb denj\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7lirimtar\u00ebve\u201d, theksohet tutje n\u00eb komunikat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PDK rithekson se nuk ka asnj\u00eb penges\u00eb ligjore apo procedurale p\u00ebr miratimin e k\u00ebtij ligji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPenges\u00eb nuk paraqet as opinioni i vet\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb. Nuk ka as arsye politike q\u00eb ky proces t\u00eb mbetet i pap\u00ebrfunduar: n\u00ebse ka pasur vota t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr miratimin n\u00eb lexim t\u00eb par\u00eb, i nj\u00ebjti vullnet duhet t\u00eb d\u00ebshmohet edhe n\u00eb lexim t\u00eb dyt\u00eb. Kjo kauz\u00eb komb\u00ebtare nuk duhet t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb pazar politik apo t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr kusht\u00ebzime partiake. Mbrojtja e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe e \u00e7lirimtar\u00ebve k\u00ebrkon dinjitet, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi dhe vendimmarrje\u201d, thekson PDK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjithashtu, PDK ka d\u00ebnuar ashp\u00ebr dhun\u00ebn joproporcionale t\u00eb ushtruar nga Policia e Kosov\u00ebs ndaj protestuesve. Sipas k\u00ebtij subjekti politik ushtrimi i dhun\u00ebs jasht\u00eb standardeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes policore \u00ebsht\u00eb i d\u00ebnuesh\u00ebm dhe krejt\u00ebsisht i papranuesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cProtesta \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb e \u00e7do qytetari. Qytetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb shprehin kund\u00ebrshtimin ndaj vendimit n\u00eb Hag\u00eb dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb miratimin e ligjit n\u00eb lexim t\u00eb dyt\u00eb. Kjo e drejt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb respektohet dhe t\u00eb mbrohet nga institucionet\u201d, thekson tutje komunikata e partis\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe opozitare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PDK ka k\u00ebrkuar nga Qeveria, Kryeministri dhe Ministria e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme, si\u00e7 thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00eb, t\u00eb ndalin menj\u00ebher\u00eb&nbsp; veprimet e tyre jasht\u00eb rolit dhe kompetencave t\u00eb tyre kushtetuese e ligjore dhe t\u00eb mos e nxisin apo p\u00ebrdorin Policin\u00eb p\u00ebr ta shtypur me dhun\u00eb protest\u00ebn dhe k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAsnj\u00eb urdh\u00ebr politik nuk mund ta justifikoj\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e forc\u00ebs joproporcionale q\u00eb mbr\u00ebm\u00eb ka l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebnduar shum\u00eb qytetar\u00eb.
