{"id":35822,"date":"2026-10-06T14:26:00","date_gmt":"2026-10-06T12:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=35822"},"modified":"2026-10-06T16:20:35","modified_gmt":"2026-10-06T14:20:35","slug":"policia-do-te-jemi-ne-terren-per-te-garantuar-sigurine-gjate-protestes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/10\/06\/policia-do-te-jemi-ne-terren-per-te-garantuar-sigurine-gjate-protestes\/","title":{"rendered":"Policia: Do t\u00eb jemi n\u00eb terren p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar sigurin\u00eb gjat\u00eb protest\u00ebs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Policia e Kosov\u00ebs ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb masat e nevojshme t\u00eb siguris\u00eb p\u00ebr protest\u00ebn e paralajm\u00ebruar p\u00ebr sot n\u00eb sheshin \u201cSk\u00ebnderbeu\u201d n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, lidhur me aktgjykimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale n\u00eb Hag\u00eb ndaj ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe plot\u00ebsim-ndryshimin e Ligjit p\u00ebr Dhomat e Specializuara.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Policia ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se do t\u00eb angazhoj\u00eb nj\u00ebsi policore para, gjat\u00eb dhe pas protest\u00ebs, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb ruajtjes s\u00eb rendit dhe qet\u00ebsis\u00eb publike dhe garantimit t\u00eb mbar\u00ebvajtjes s\u00eb tubimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Policis\u00eb, e drejta e qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur q\u00ebndrimet e tyre p\u00ebrmes tubimeve dhe protestave t\u00eb qeta garantohet me Ligjin p\u00ebr Tubimet Publike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPolicia e Kosov\u00ebs, sipas Ligjit mbi tubimet publike, e njeh t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr shprehjen e lir\u00eb p\u00ebrmes tubimeve e protestave t\u00eb qeta dhe sipas detyr\u00ebs zyrtare angazhohet q\u00eb mbar\u00ebvajtja e protest\u00ebs t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb e qet\u00eb dhe q\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit n\u00eb protest\u00eb t\u00eb shprehin q\u00ebllimin e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb demokratike dhe n\u00eb suaza ligjore\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Policia ka paralajm\u00ebruar se, var\u00ebsisht nga nevojat operative dhe zhvillimet n\u00eb terren, mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb kufizime ose nd\u00ebrprerje t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme t\u00eb qarkullimit n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt p\u00ebrreth vendit ku mbahet protesta. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, jan\u00eb planifikuar edhe nj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr riorientimin e trafikut n\u00eb rrug\u00eb alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb njoftim, Policia i \u00ebsht\u00eb referuar edhe zhvillimeve gjat\u00eb protest\u00ebs s\u00eb mbr\u00ebmshme, ku, sipas saj, disa protestues kan\u00eb hedhur vazhdimisht mjete piroteknike, fishekzjarr\u00eb dhe mjete t\u00eb forta n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb objekteve shtet\u00ebrore dhe zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Policia thot\u00eb se, p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb situat\u00ebn n\u00ebn kontroll, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar lirin\u00eb e l\u00ebvizjes dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm, ka nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb ndaj personave q\u00eb kan\u00eb shfaqur dhun\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrdorur sprej, gaz lotsjell\u00ebs dhe topin e ujit p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarjen e turm\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas raporteve zyrtare t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, p\u00ebr mosrespektimin e thirrjeve t\u00eb vazhdueshme p\u00ebr qet\u00ebsi dhe shkelje t\u00eb ligjit jan\u00eb arrestuar tre persona. Dy prej tyre, me vendim t\u00eb prokurorit, jan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb mbajtje, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb liruar n\u00eb procedur\u00eb t\u00eb rregullt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si pasoj\u00eb e zhvillimeve dhe sulmeve me mjete t\u00eb ndryshme, 20 zyrtar\u00eb policor\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar l\u00ebndime t\u00eb natyrave t\u00eb ndryshme dhe kan\u00eb marr\u00eb trajtim mjek\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ndihm\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar edhe 12 qytetar\u00eb apo protestues, si dhe nj\u00eb gazetar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po ashtu kan\u00eb marr\u00eb trajtim mjek\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Policia ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se, pas \u00e7do operacioni, kryen vler\u00ebsime pasoperacionale t\u00eb veprimeve policore n\u00eb terren.
