Pres me padurim t\u00eb punoj me Presidenten e sapozgjedhur, Qeverin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjitha institucionet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb agjend\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ka ndryshuar q\u00eb nga ardhja ime k\u00ebtu nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb: Gjermania d\u00ebshiron ta shoh\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn si partnere n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb. Si partnere n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian dhe institucionet e tij\u201d, tha diplomati gjerman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai tha se e ka p\u00ebrjetuar nga af\u00ebr se marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia mes dy vendeve tona \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e thell\u00eb dhe m\u00eb e af\u00ebrt se gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb mund t\u00eb arrij\u00eb puna e nj\u00eb ambasade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDuket se pothuajse \u00e7do familje k\u00ebtu ka lidhjet e veta personale me Gjermanin\u00eb. Kam kuptuar se, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ne jemi familje. Dhe kjo ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb e jasht\u00ebzakonshme \u00e7do dit\u00eb.&nbsp;Ambiciet evropiane t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme se kurr\u00eb. Pas zgjidhjes s\u00eb kriz\u00ebs institucionale, pres me padurim t\u00eb punojm\u00eb me energji t\u00eb re si p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunimin ton\u00eb dypal\u00ebsh, ashtu edhe p\u00ebr agjend\u00ebn evropiane t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Duke krijuar institucione t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, vendi tani e ka vendosur veten n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb p\u00ebr ta ndjekur s\u00ebrish n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive k\u00ebt\u00eb agjend\u00eb\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke shtuar se kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se rruga p\u00ebrpara do t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb e leht\u00eb. \u201cKy proces do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb ende debate dhe vendime t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, si brenda vendit, ashtu edhe me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Mund t\u00eb shtoj se edhe p\u00ebrvoja e vendit tim \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. E megjithat\u00eb, dua t\u2019ju inkurajoj fuqish\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoni ta ndiqni k\u00ebt\u00eb synim ambicioz. E di se n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka padurim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb proces q\u00eb tashm\u00eb duket se po zgjat shum\u00eb. Dhe m\u00eb besoni, edhe un\u00eb e ndaj k\u00ebt\u00eb padurim. Por, n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb kuptimi, synimi p\u00ebr integrimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb strukturat evropiane mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb sot edhe m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm sesa ishte kur e nis\u00ebt k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ambasadori i Gjermanis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Rainer Rudolph, theksoi se peizazhi politik dhe i siguris\u00eb n\u00eb kontinentin ton\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb ndryshim n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e kemi par\u00eb prej shum\u00eb vitesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLufta e agresionit e Rusis\u00eb kund\u00ebr Ukrain\u00ebs ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb vitin e pest\u00eb. Vendi im dhe disa vende t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb cak i t\u00eb ashtuquajturave sulme hibride. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, dua t\u00eb fal\u00ebnderoj ministrin e Jasht\u00ebm, Glauk Konjufca, p\u00ebr deklarat\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb solidaritetit pas sulmit t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar me dron n\u00eb aeroportin e Lajpcigut k\u00ebt\u00eb ver\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis, Kosova tani jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb mundet, por edhe duhet t\u00eb mos shikoj\u00eb m\u00eb nga vetja, por ta shoh\u00eb integrimin e saj evropian si nj\u00eb kontribut aktiv p\u00ebr paqen dhe sigurin\u00eb n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas tij, na duhet Kosova si partnere aktive. \u201cDo t\u00eb doja ta shihja Kosov\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb hap p\u00ebrpara dhe t\u00eb sjell\u00eb n\u00eb tryez\u00eb asetet e saj si nj\u00eb shtet i ri dhe i zhvilluar n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb. N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, ju e ne festuam 18-vjetorin e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 18 viteve, ju keni nd\u00ebrtuar me sukses nj\u00eb shtet: me nj\u00eb demokraci dinamike, ku sundimi i ligjit dhe liria e shprehjes jan\u00eb t\u00eb garantuara, nj\u00eb shtet q\u00eb ofron mbrojtje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr ata qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs q\u00eb u p\u00ebrkasin komuniteteve joshumic\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb shtet q\u00eb po b\u00ebhet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb ofrues i siguris\u00eb n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ambasadori i Gjermanis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Rainer Rudolph, beson se \u00ebsht\u00eb koha q\u00eb vendi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb sukses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diplomati gjerman tha se nga vizitat e tij n\u00eb shkolla t\u00eb mesme dhe universitete, ku ka takuar student\u00eb t\u00eb rinj, i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje se sa shum\u00eb prej tyre e shohin t\u00eb ardhmen e tyre&nbsp;n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb inkurajuese.
