Nga t\u00eb sht\u00ebnat me arm\u00eb zjarri mbeti i vdekur edhe v\u00ebllai i saj, nd\u00ebrsa xhaxhai i viktim\u00ebs u plagos r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Kjo tragjedi rikthen n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje dhun\u00ebn ndaj grave dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e institucioneve p\u00ebr parandalimin e vrasjeve.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura p\u00ebr vrasjet e grave n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb gruaja e 63-t\u00eb e vrar\u00eb nga bashk\u00ebshorti q\u00eb nga viti 2010. Pas ngjarjes ka reaguar edhe ministrja e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Donika G\u00ebrvalla, e cila ka theksuar se institucionet duhet t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb para se dhuna t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb me vrasje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNuk guxojm\u00eb t\u00eb presim q\u00eb grat\u00eb t\u00eb vriten p\u00ebr t\u00eb reaguar. Detyrimi yn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb veprojm\u00eb, t\u00eb parandalojm\u00eb dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebn ton\u00eb q\u00eb tragjedi t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrs\u00ebriten kurr\u00eb\u201d, ka shkruar G\u00ebrvalla n\u00eb reagimin e saj publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kosova e ka t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb nenin 22 t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs Konvent\u00ebn e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs p\u00ebr parandalimin dhe luftimin e dhun\u00ebs ndaj grave dhe dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje, e njohur si Konventa e Stambollit. Ajo p\u00ebrcakton standarde p\u00ebr parandalimin e dhun\u00ebs, mbrojtjen e viktimave dhe ndjekjen penale t\u00eb kryesve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb vitin 2022, me iniciativ\u00ebn e presidentes s\u00eb at\u00ebhershme, Vjosa Osmani, u formua K\u00ebshilli p\u00ebr Demokraci dhe t\u00eb Drejta t\u00eb Njeriut, i cili gjat\u00eb dy vjet\u00ebve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs nxori rekomandime konkrete p\u00ebr luftimin e dhun\u00ebs me baz\u00eb gjinore, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe ndryshimet e nevojshme ligjore. Megjithat\u00eb, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura, k\u00ebshilli u mblodh vet\u00ebm dy her\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adelina Berisha nga Rrjeti i Grave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs vler\u00ebson se mbledhja e k\u00ebshillit nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb q\u00ebllim n\u00eb vetvete, por duhet t\u00eb pasohet nga veprime konkrete t\u00eb institucioneve p\u00ebr hetimin e rasteve dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e legjislacionit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPresim q\u00eb nga kjo mbledhje institucionet tona t\u00eb dalin me hapa konkret\u00eb p\u00ebr veprimet q\u00eb do t\u2019i nd\u00ebrmarrin, p\u00ebr hetime adekuate t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre rasteve, si dhe p\u00ebr ndryshime n\u00eb legjislacion, t\u00eb cilat po duket se jan\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb dhuna ndaj grave dhe vrasja e grave t\u00eb trajtohen edhe n\u00eb legjislacionin ton\u00eb, por edhe t\u00eb jen\u00eb prioritet komb\u00ebtar dhe t\u00eb ken\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen e institucioneve\u201d, theksoi ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr trajtim urgjent t\u00eb problemit e thekson edhe Ilir Havolli, kryetar i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Psikolog\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, i cili v\u00eb n\u00eb pah r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e nd\u00ebrhyrjes institucionale dhe t\u00eb investimit n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin mendor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNuk mund ta konceptojm\u00eb dhe ta pranojm\u00eb dhun\u00ebn si di\u00e7ka normale n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb. Dhe si e till\u00eb, problematika kryesore q\u00ebndron te shteti yn\u00eb, sepse shteti nuk investon n\u00eb promovimin e sh\u00ebndetit mendor dhe trajtimin e k\u00ebtyre rasteve.
