Ai ka theksuar se KFOR-i do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb ruajtjen e nj\u00eb mjedisi t\u00eb sigurt p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb liris\u00eb s\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uluta\u015f ka rikujtuar se trupat e NATO-s u vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 1999. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, rreth 55 mij\u00eb ushtar\u00eb nga 36 shtete erdh\u00ebn n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuar n\u00eb vendosjen e paqes p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka vler\u00ebsuar se, q\u00eb nga ajo koh\u00eb, situata e siguris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar ndjesh\u00ebm dhe se institucionet e siguris\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kan\u00eb zhvilluar kapacitetet e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u00c7do dit\u00eb, Policia e Kosov\u00ebs, s\u00eb bashku me EULEX-in, siguron sigurin\u00eb publike p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Uluta\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka theksuar se KFOR-i vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb reaguesi i tret\u00eb i siguris\u00eb, me prani n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn, duke kontribuar n\u00eb ruajtjen e stabilitetit dhe duke qen\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyj\u00eb n\u00eb rast t\u00eb rrezikut t\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb situat\u00ebs s\u00eb siguris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Komandanti i KFOR-it ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se NATO-ja, n\u00eb qershor, njoftoi p\u00ebr p\u00ebrshtatjen graduale t\u00eb pozicionimit t\u00eb KFOR-it, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb situat\u00ebs s\u00eb siguris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas tij, ky proces \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u zhvilluar gradualisht, n\u00eb koordinim t\u00eb plot\u00eb me Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs dhe EULEX-in, si dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me mandatin e p\u00ebrcaktuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uluta\u015f ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se ky proces pasqyron p\u00ebrkushtimin e vazhduesh\u00ebm t\u00eb Aleanc\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuar n\u00eb ruajtjen e nj\u00eb mjedisi t\u00eb sigurt p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb garantimin e liris\u00eb s\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke folur p\u00ebr sfidat e siguris\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Uluta\u015f ka theksuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e zgjidhjeve politike dhe t\u00eb dialogut t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar nga Bashkimi Evropian nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka vler\u00ebsuar se ky dialog p\u00ebrb\u00ebn korniz\u00ebn p\u00ebr adresimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb pazgjidhura dhe p\u00ebr arritjen e zgjidhjeve q\u00eb respektojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e t\u00eb gjitha komuniteteve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Komandanti i KFOR-it ka fal\u00ebnderuar institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs, Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, organizatat e siguris\u00eb, EULEX-in, Bashkimin Evropian, UNMIK-un, misionin e OSBE-s\u00eb dhe partner\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunimin me KFOR-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka fal\u00ebnderuar gjithashtu shefin e Shtabit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Forcave t\u00eb Armatosura t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr si\u00e7 ka th\u00ebn\u00eb, komunikimin dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin profesional e konstruktiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, Uluta\u015f ka shprehur mir\u00ebnjohje p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr besimin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb KFOR-it, duke vler\u00ebsuar se sh\u00ebrbimi mes tyre ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb nder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb fjalimit, Uluta\u015f ka fal\u00ebnderuar ushtar\u00ebt e KFOR-it nga vendet an\u00ebtare dhe partnere t\u00eb NATO-s, duke vler\u00ebsuar profesionalizmin, disiplin\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrkushtimin e tyre n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb siguris\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Komanda e KFOR-it do t&#8217;i dor\u00ebzohet gjeneralmajorit italian Roberto Vergori, i cili ka sh\u00ebrbyer edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHistoria e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e KFOR-it \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb ushtar\u00ebt e tij kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebtu \u00e7do dit\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Uluta\u015f, duke p\u00ebrfunduar se suksesi i misionit q\u00ebndron te bashk\u00ebpunimi dhe veprimi si nj\u00eb ekip.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Komandanti i KFOR-it, gjeneralmajor \u00d6zkan Uluta\u015f n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e tij lamtumir\u00ebse n\u00eb fund t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb tij, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se siguria afatgjat\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb arrihet p\u00ebrmes mjeteve ushtarake, por p\u00ebrmes zgjidhjeve politike.
