Ai ka ngritur gjithashtu shqet\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr mosdor\u00ebzimin e dokumentacionit kadastral nga Serbia, pavar\u00ebsisht marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb vitit 2011.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryeministri Kurti, ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbylljen e projektit PIAKOS t\u00eb Qendr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Avokim dhe Trajnime (ATRC), q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim regjistrimin e pron\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, Kurti vler\u00ebsoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj nisme, duke theksuar se e drejta e pron\u00ebs nuk duhet t\u00eb mbetet vet\u00ebm garanci n\u00eb let\u00ebr, por t\u00eb zbatohet p\u00ebr secilin qytetar pa dallim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai tha se dokumentacioni pron\u00ebsor garanton sigurin\u00eb juridike, nd\u00ebrsa pron\u00ebsia e regjistruar krijon mund\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr qasje n\u00eb financim dhe n\u00eb programet mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse qeveritare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMund t\u00eb duket si \u00e7\u00ebshtje administrative, por p\u00ebr nj\u00eb person apo familje rregullimi i dokumentacionit t\u00eb pron\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb parakusht kryesor, i cili hap mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtetjes publike, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr renovimin e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, rind\u00ebrtimin e saj, apo programet tona t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjes n\u00eb Banimin Social Adekuat\u201d, tha Kurti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryeministri foli edhe p\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e regjistrimit t\u00eb pronave n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb dy bashk\u00ebshort\u00ebve, duke e cil\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb si hap konkret drejt barazis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cP\u00ebr m\u00eb pak sesa nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 300-fishuar regjistrimi i pronave nga t\u00eb dy bashk\u00ebshort\u00ebt. N\u00eb vitin 2016 kan\u00eb qen\u00eb rreth 100 prona n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn q\u00eb jan\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb emrin e t\u00eb dy bashk\u00ebshort\u00ebve t\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7ifti, dhe, sot q\u00eb po flasim, kjo shif\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 31 mij\u00eb. Pra, kemi nj\u00eb rritje 300 fish t\u00eb regjistrimit t\u00eb pronave n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb dy bashk\u00ebshort\u00ebve\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke folur p\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kadastrit, Kurti ngriti edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e moszbatimit nga Serbia t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr dokumentacionin kadastral, t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar n\u00eb Bruksel m\u00eb 2 shtator 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNatyrisht q\u00eb sfid\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr shtetin ton\u00eb ngelet fakti q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 15 vjet q\u00eb Serbia nuk na e ka dor\u00ebzuar dokumentacionin kadastral edhe pse marr\u00ebveshja n\u00eb Bruksel \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar me dat\u00ebn 2 shtator t\u00eb vitit 2011.
