Marr\u00ebveshjet synojn\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat pensionale t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb dhe punojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja shtetet, nd\u00ebrsa zbatimi i tyre pritet t\u00eb nis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs miratoi vendimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nga presidentja autorizimin p\u00ebr n\u00ebnshkrimin e Marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr Sigurime Sociale me Austrin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje t\u00eb ngjashme me Turqin\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryeministri Albin Kurti, duke folur p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshjen me Turqin\u00eb, tha se q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb mbrojtja e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb dhe punojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja vendet, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb l\u00ebvizja nga nj\u00eb shtet n\u00eb tjetrin t\u00eb mos ndikoj\u00eb n\u00eb sigurin\u00eb e tyre sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas tij, p\u00ebrmes koordinimit t\u00eb skemave t\u00eb sigurimeve dhe bashkimit t\u00eb periudhave t\u00eb sigurimit, vitet e pun\u00ebs dhe kontributet e paguara n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja shtetet do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb merren parasysh gjat\u00eb realizimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave pensionale dhe sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cQytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb kontribuuar n\u00eb dy shtetet meritojn\u00eb q\u00eb puna e tyre t\u00eb njihet dhe t\u00eb drejtat e fituara t\u2019u ruhen pavar\u00ebsisht se ku e nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb jet\u00ebn\u201d, deklaroi Kurti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministri i Pun\u00ebs, Familjes dhe Vlerave t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs \u00c7lirimtare, Andin Hoti, b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se marr\u00ebveshjet do t\u2019u mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb kan\u00eb jetuar ose punuar n\u00eb Austri dhe Turqi t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga t\u00eb drejtat pensionale n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb periudhave t\u00eb sigurimit dhe kontributeve t\u00eb tyre, sipas kushteve q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen me marr\u00ebveshjet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoti theksoi se marr\u00ebveshjet nuk parashohin kosto buxhetore dhe se synimi i institucioneve \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb zbatimi i tyre t\u00eb filloj\u00eb gjat\u00eb vitit 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministri b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur gjithashtu se ka k\u00ebrkuar takime me homolog\u00ebt e tij n\u00eb Slloveni dhe Kroaci, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb avancimit t\u00eb bisedimeve p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb ngjashme p\u00ebr sigurime sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke folur p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt kosovar\u00eb n\u00eb Slloveni, Hoti u shpreh se pret q\u00eb takimi t\u00eb realizohet, nd\u00ebrsa theksoi se n\u00eb diskutime pritet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja e migrimit t\u00eb rregullt t\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb kualifikuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai shtoi se nuk mund t\u00eb komentoj\u00eb deklaratat politike t\u00eb kryeministrave, duke n\u00ebnvizuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e bashk\u00ebpunimit institucional p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb lidhen me qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb dhe punojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marr\u00ebveshjet me Austrin\u00eb dhe Turqin\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb hap drejt koordinimit t\u00eb sistemeve t\u00eb sigurimeve sociale dhe synojn\u00eb t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb q\u00eb kontributet e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb mos humbasin p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit ose jetes\u00ebs n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb shtet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs ka miratuar vendimet p\u00ebr t\u2019i k\u00ebrkuar presidentes autorizimin p\u00ebr n\u00ebnshkrimin e marr\u00ebveshjeve p\u00ebr sigurime sociale me Austrin\u00eb dhe Turqin\u00eb.
