Kur studiot televizive shnd\u00ebrrohen n\u00eb hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb fyerjeve, shpifjeve, k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimeve dhe degradimit t\u00eb debatit publik, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia bie para s\u00eb gjithash mbi KPM-n\u00eb, e cila duhet t\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyr\u00eb, jo t\u00eb v\u00ebzhgoj\u00eb n\u00eb heshtje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E papranueshme \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ekranet televizive t\u2019u sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si tribun\u00eb publike edhe personave t\u00eb akuzuar p\u00ebr dhun\u00eb ndaj grave, ndaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebve zhvillohen procedura gjyq\u00ebsore, sikur p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia publike t\u00eb mos ekzistonte. Po aq shqet\u00ebsuese \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb individ\u00eb me t\u00eb kaluar t\u00eb kontestuar, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb skandale apo me akuza serioze, t\u00eb paraqiten si autoritete morale e t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb leksione p\u00ebr etik\u00ebn dhe vlerat shoq\u00ebrore. Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e censur\u00ebs, por e standardeve profesionale, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb editoriale dhe interesit publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb institucion q\u00eb ekziston vet\u00ebm n\u00eb let\u00ebr nuk e kryen misionin e vet. Licenca komb\u00ebtare nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb mburoj\u00eb p\u00ebr pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa ekrani publik nuk mund t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb tribun\u00eb p\u00ebr manipulim, lin\u00e7im dhe helmim t\u00eb opinionit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pyetja \u00ebsht\u00eb e pashmangshme: Ku \u00ebsht\u00eb KPM-ja dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb sh\u00ebrben ky institucion, n\u00ebse nuk arrin t\u00eb garantoj\u00eb respektimin e standardeve ligjore dhe profesionale n\u00eb median q\u00eb licencon e mbik\u00ebqyr?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo gjendje nuk u krijua brenda nat\u00ebs. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb ushqyer nd\u00ebr vite nga toleranca institucionale, zbatimi selektiv i standardeve dhe mungesa e pasojave. As gjyq\u00ebsori nuk mund t\u00eb mbetet spektator kur shkelen ligji dhe t\u00eb drejtat e qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Liria e shprehjes nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb licenc\u00eb p\u00ebr abuzim, nd\u00ebrsa pavar\u00ebsia e medias nuk n\u00ebnkupton imunitet nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia. KPM-ja duhet t\u00eb veproj\u00eb me vendosm\u00ebri, transparenc\u00eb dhe pa selektivitet; drejt\u00ebsia duhet t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi aty ku provohen shkeljet.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00ebse institucionet vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb heshtin, degradimi do t\u00eb thellohet.
