Ajo do t\u00eb vendos\u00eb n\u00ebse do ta dekretoj\u00eb ligjin apo do ta kthej\u00eb at\u00eb p\u00ebr rishqyrtim n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nga Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 16:00 t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit p\u00ebr ankesa, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur asnj\u00eb e till\u00eb. Rrjedhimisht, pritet q\u00eb kryetarja e Kuvendit ta n\u00ebnshkruaj\u00eb ligjin dhe t&#8217;ia p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb presidentes, e cila ka tet\u00eb dit\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb vendim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, puna e Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara n\u00eb Hag\u00eb u diskutua edhe gjat\u00eb publikimit t\u00eb raportit t\u00eb Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit. N\u00eb t\u00eb, Naim Qelaj shpalosi nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimesh p\u00ebr funksionimin e k\u00ebsaj gjykate, duke ve\u00e7uar edhe faktin se nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar asnj\u00ebher\u00eb vizita n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat e paraburgimit n\u00eb Hag\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Un\u00eb i b\u00ebj thirrje faktorit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, BE-s\u00eb dhe K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb kujdes t\u00eb shtuar, ta analizojn\u00eb dhe vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb pun\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj gjykate, n\u00ebse po i p\u00ebrmbahet q\u00ebllimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluar dhe standardeve q\u00eb vet\u00eb k\u00ebto vende i zbatojn\u00eb n\u00eb shtetet e tyre, q\u00eb lidhen me garantimin procedural n\u00eb proceset gjyq\u00ebsore, si dhe t\u00eb garantojn\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm q\u00eb vet\u00eb e kan\u00eb krijuar dhe financojn\u00eb t\u00eb mos i shkel\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut&#8221;, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Qelajt, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Komitetit Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Kryqit t\u00eb Kuq, asnj\u00eb institucion apo organizat\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare nuk e monitoron pun\u00ebn e Speciales. Ai ka kritikuar edhe munges\u00ebn e llogaridh\u00ebnies s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj gjykate ndaj institucioneve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke ngritur shqet\u00ebsime p\u00ebr transparenc\u00ebn e saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kritika ndaj funksionimit t\u00eb Speciales pati edhe njoh\u00ebsi i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve kushtetuese, Arsim Bajrami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Tani ne k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e ankimimit BE-ja, K\u00ebshilli i Evrop\u00ebs, shtetet donatore q\u00eb e financojn\u00eb, ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb s?e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb deri m\u00eb tani: t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb llogaridh\u00ebnie p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha ato mjete buxhetore t\u00eb cilat i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjykim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb nj\u00eb monitorim t\u00eb respektimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut&#8221;, theksoi Bajrami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shqet\u00ebsime p\u00ebr vendimin ndaj Hashim Tha\u00e7it, Kadri Veselit, Jakup Krasniqit dhe Rexhep Selimit kan\u00eb shprehur edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Aleanc\u00ebs p\u00ebr Ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Ne kemi nj\u00eb vendim p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimin e kat\u00ebrshes s\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb n\u00eb Hag\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb shohim, jo vet\u00ebm prej raportit t\u00eb Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit, por edhe nga raporti i britanik\u00ebve, flasin p\u00ebr shkelje serioze.
