Ai ka theksuar se liria e tubimit dhe e shprehjes jan\u00eb t\u00eb drejta themelore, t\u00eb cilat duhet t\u00eb ushtrohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb paq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cD\u00ebnojm\u00eb me forc\u00eb p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimin e dhun\u00ebs gjat\u00eb protest\u00ebs dhe shkat\u00ebrrimin e pron\u00ebs publike dhe private. U b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje protestuesve t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb vet\u00ebp\u00ebrmbajtje dhe t\u00eb shmangin \u00e7do akt dhune. Dhuna nuk ka vend n\u00eb demokraci. Liria e tubimit dhe e shprehjes jan\u00eb t\u00eb drejta themelore dhe vlera thelb\u00ebsore evropiane. Ato duhet t\u00eb respektohen dhe t\u00eb ushtrohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb paq\u00ebsore\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb reagimin e Delegacionit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delegacioni ka theksuar gjithashtu r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e dialogut konstruktiv nd\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebve, duke e cil\u00ebsuar at\u00eb si rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr adresimin e shqet\u00ebsimeve legjitime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDialogu konstruktiv mes t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja rrug\u00eb p\u00ebrpara p\u00ebr t\u00eb adresuar shqet\u00ebsimet legjitime\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb reagim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, edhe sot, student\u00ebt kan\u00eb nisur protestat dhe jan\u00eb grumbulluar n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e Tiran\u00ebs q\u00eb n\u00eb or\u00ebt e para t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit.
