E p\u00ebrjetova k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb gusht dhe shtator 2000. A i vjen er\u00eb grusht shteti?\u201d, shkroi Anti\u00e7.Ministria e Mbrojtjes njoftoi sot se ky ishte nj\u00eb ushtrim ushtarak i paralajm\u00ebruar &#8220;p\u00ebr t\u00eb testuar aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e forcave t\u00eb angazhuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer detyra n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis urban&#8221; dhe se ata p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn &#8220;municion praktik&#8221;!?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stubica ka rreth 500 sht\u00ebpi, dhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur ushtria q\u00ebllonte, kishte f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe njer\u00ebz n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, ka sht\u00ebpi p\u00ebrreth dhe njer\u00ebzit dol\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb po ndodhte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas informacioneve nga rrjetet sociale, kur err\u00ebsira ra para or\u00ebs 7 t\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjes, pa asnj\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrim, an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb maskuar t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb Serbe hyn\u00eb papritur n\u00eb fshat me automjete luftarake, duke kaluar n\u00ebp\u00ebr rrug\u00ebt e fshatit dhe duke q\u00eblluar me shp\u00ebrthime nd\u00ebrsa dron\u00ebt q\u00ebndronin pezull mbi ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vendasit pohojn\u00eb se rrug\u00ebt dhe oborret e tyre jan\u00eb plot me g\u00ebzhoja predhash, dhe njer\u00ebzve, sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve i kan\u00eb kaluar, u \u00ebsht\u00eb urdh\u00ebruar t\u00eb &#8220;hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi&#8221;! F\u00ebmij\u00eb po kalojn\u00eb, njer\u00ebz po jetojn\u00eb atje. E p\u00ebrs\u00ebris, ndodhi papritur! Dhe sigurisht, shum\u00eb ndihen t\u00eb frik\u00ebsuar dhe nuk e din\u00eb n\u00ebse kjo ishte nj\u00eb lloj shfaqjeje force, frik\u00ebsimi i njer\u00ebzve apo munges\u00eb komunikimi. Sigurisht q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme&#8221;, shpjegon nj\u00eb grua vendase p\u00ebr N1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo shtoi se shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz e filmuan ushtrin\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa q\u00ebllonte, por kishin frik\u00eb ta publikonin nga frika &#8211; sepse atyre iu urdh\u00ebrua t\u00eb mos filmonin vet\u00ebm mbr\u00ebm\u00eb pas ngjarjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministria e Mbrojtjes gjithashtu b\u00ebri nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, sepse pamjet filmike u shfaq\u00ebn n\u00eb rrjetet sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si\u00e7 deklaruan ata, ishte nj\u00eb &#8220;inspektim i planifikuar i gjendjes, aft\u00ebsive operacionale dhe funksionale t\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebs prej nj\u00ebsive speciale nga Inspektorati i Mbrojtjes&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ata pretendojn\u00eb se &#8220;p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb specifik\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb kontrolluar, u krijua nj\u00eb situat\u00eb taktike&#8221; q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin &#8220;kontrollimin e aft\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb forcave t\u00eb angazhuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer detyra n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis urban&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Duam t\u00eb theksojm\u00eb se gjat\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb aktivitetit, u p\u00ebrdor vet\u00ebm municion p\u00ebr st\u00ebrvitje.
