Sipas asaj q\u00eb avokat\u00ebt e Hamb\u00ebs dhe Mildonit i kan\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Bardh\u00eb, biznesmeni turk pretendon se, me udh\u00ebzimet e Grenell, <strong>17.6 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb u transferuan te Texas Armament &amp; Technology<\/strong> (TXAT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas pretendimeve t\u00eb tij, shuma ishte menduar t\u00eb ndahej n\u00eb dy pjes\u00eb: nj\u00ebra p\u00ebr nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje biznesi n\u00eb Kongo dhe tjetra, me vler\u00eb gati 6 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb donacion p\u00ebr Qendr\u00ebn Kennedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur akuzat e tij, Mildon dha mesazhin e vitit 2025, i cili i referohej si donacionit ashtu edhe softuerit q\u00eb lidhej me Kongon. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin mesazh, d\u00ebrguesi sh\u00ebnoi gjithashtu: <strong>\u201cJu \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar nj\u00eb email, a mund ta shikoni, ju lutem?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emaili iu dor\u00ebzua edhe Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Bardh\u00eb, s\u00eb bashku me nj\u00eb dokument financiar t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 29 maj 2025, i cili, sipas burimeve, regjistron nj\u00eb transferim prej 17.6 milion\u00eb dollar\u00ebsh te TXAT. Mildon thuhet se u informua 17 muaj m\u00eb von\u00eb se <strong>Qendra Kennedy nuk i kishte marr\u00eb kurr\u00eb parat\u00eb<\/strong> q\u00eb ai besonte se ishin p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb transaksion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pyetje pa p\u00ebrgjigje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, \u00e7\u00ebshtja nd\u00ebrlikohet nga boshll\u00ebqe t\u00eb konsiderueshme. <strong>Mbetet e paqart\u00eb se p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb sakt\u00ebsisht n\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn kongoleze<\/strong> , si lidhej ajo me donacionin e Qendr\u00ebs Kennedy dhe cilat ishin kushtet aktuale financiare t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mesazhi n\u00eb fjal\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrfshin shuma specifike parash, as p\u00ebr TXAT dhe as p\u00ebr Qendr\u00ebn Kennedy.
