Pa vendosur shall ose di\u00e7ka, t\u00eb zihet fryma. Edhe askush nuk po vjen t\u00eb thot\u00eb se do t\u00eb rregulloj\u00eb di\u00e7ka. Shum\u00eb er\u00eb e keqe, nuk di \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb them tjet\u00ebr. Tash f\u00ebmij\u00ebt kemi p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar t\u2019i marrim, kur t\u00eb vijn\u00eb k\u00ebtu, tmerr \u00ebsht\u00eb\u201d. \u201c&#8221;Mu po m\u00eb habit qysh qeveria nuk nd\u00ebrmerr masa, edhe ato institucione q\u00eb jan\u00eb kryesisht t\u00eb dedikueshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb, q\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb ky uj\u00eb ka shp\u00ebrthyer edhe nuk nd\u00ebrmarrin masa. \u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e turpshme, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e turpshme p\u00ebr institucionet n\u00eb fjal\u00eb&#8221;, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb qytetaret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u201cK\u00ebt\u00eb kanalizim e kemi par\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb prishur, ka dal\u00eb prej kanaleve q\u00eb dy jav\u00eb.
