N\u00eb dit\u00ebt e fundit, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e subjekteve politike shqiptare kan\u00eb zhvilluar takime me qytetar\u00eb dhe kan\u00eb mbajtur tubime t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb zgjedhje dhe p\u00ebr forcimin e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Parlamentin e Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tubimi n\u00eb Samolic\u00eb, thirrje p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aktiviteti m\u00eb i fundit i raportuar u mbajt t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn, m\u00eb 19 tetor, n\u00eb restorantin \u201cBici\u201d, n\u00eb fshatin Samolic\u00eb t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Bujanocit. N\u00eb tubimin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb subjekteve politike q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb koalicionin, mes tyre Shaip Kamberi, Visar Memeti, Nagip Arifi, Shqiprim Musliu, Ardita Sinani, Naser Aziridhe Ilir Sadriu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bart\u00ebsi i list\u00ebs, Shaip Kamberi, theksoi nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Parlamentin e Serbis\u00eb, duke deklaruar se synimi \u00ebsht\u00eb sigurimi i tri ose m\u00eb shum\u00eb ul\u00ebseve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb fjalimit, ai ngriti shqet\u00ebsime lidhur me diskriminimin, munges\u00ebn e investimeve, pengesat n\u00eb pun\u00ebsim dhe moszbatimin e zotimeve institucionale ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs. Ai theksoi se zbatimi i Planit Shtat\u00ebpik\u00ebsh mbetet nd\u00ebr k\u00ebrkesat kryesore t\u00eb koalicionit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryetarja e Preshev\u00ebs, Ardita Sinani, vler\u00ebsoi se bashkimi politik mund ta fuqizoj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Takime me qytetar\u00eb para tubimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt, m\u00eb 18 tetor, Shaip Kamberi zhvilloi nj\u00eb takim me qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb gjeneratave t\u00eb vjetra nga vendbanime t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Bujanocit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas raportimit t\u00eb mediave lokale n\u00eb takim mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb qindra qytetar\u00eb. Kamberi e lidhi bashkimin politik me p\u00ebrvojat historike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs dhe me nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr vazhdimin e angazhimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tubimi n\u00eb Samolic\u00eb ishte paralajm\u00ebruar m\u00eb 17 tetor, kur koalicioni u kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje shqiptar\u00ebve nga Presheva, Bujanoci dhe Medvegja q\u00eb t\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb aktivitetin zgjedhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Si u bashkuan partit\u00eb shqiptare?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marr\u00ebveshja politike u arrit m\u00eb 29 shtator n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, n\u00eb Zyr\u00ebn e Kryeministrit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti. M\u00eb 30 shtator u b\u00eb publik bashk\u00ebpunimi p\u00ebr garimin me nj\u00eb list\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, t\u00eb em\u00ebrtuar \u201cKoalicioni Shqiptar\u201d. Procesi erdhi pas bisedimeve dhe p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr afrimin e q\u00ebndrimeve nd\u00ebrmjet partive shqiptare.<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rtklive.com\/sq\/gallery\/news_hidden_inside\/736763\/2.jpg\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje u p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb tet\u00eb subjekte politike:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Partia p\u00ebr Veprim Demokratik (PVD), e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga Shaip Kamberi;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alternativa p\u00ebr Ndryshim (APN), e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga Visar Memeti;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partia Demokratike (PD), e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga Nagip Arifi;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partia Demokratike Shqiptare (PDSH), e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga Agim Sabedini;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00ebvizja p\u00ebr Progres Demokratik (LPD), e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga Shqiprim Musliu;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00ebvizja p\u00ebr Reforma (LR), e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga Sami Salihu;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alternativa p\u00ebr Lugin\u00ebn (AL), e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga Armend Aliu;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unioni Demokratik Shqiptar (UDSH), i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga Naser Aziri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marr\u00ebveshja synon t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcej\u00eb dallimen nd\u00ebrmjet partive dhe t\u00eb bashkoj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen elektorale rreth nj\u00eb liste t\u00eb vetme. Shaip Kamberi \u00ebsht\u00eb bart\u00ebs i list\u00ebs, e cila garon me numrin 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas raporteve, lista ka dhjet\u00eb kandidat\u00eb, pes\u00eb gra dhe pes\u00eb burra, nga Presheva, Bujanoci, Medvegja dhe Pazari i Ri. P\u00ebr shpalljen e saj u mblodh\u00ebn 6.319 n\u00ebnshkrime mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse, prej t\u00eb cilave 5.988 u vler\u00ebsuan t\u00eb vlefshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c7far\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie ka bashkimi politik?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bashkimi i tet\u00eb subjekteve politike ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs synojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohen n\u00eb institucionet qendrore t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. N\u00eb vend q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetja t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndahet nd\u00ebrmjet listave t\u00eb ndryshme shqiptare, partit\u00eb po garojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku, me synimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar m\u00eb shum\u00eb mandate parlamentare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aktualisht, Shaip Kamberi \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi deputet shqiptar n\u00eb Parlamentin e Serbis\u00eb, institucion q\u00eb ka 250 ul\u00ebse. N\u00eb zgjedhjet e vitit 2020, partit\u00eb shqiptare garuan gjithashtu me nj\u00eb list\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe siguruan tri mandate, sipas nj\u00eb analize t\u00eb PreshevaPRESS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb njoftimit p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshjen, kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti, argumentoi se shqiptar\u00ebt e Preshev\u00ebs, Bujanocit dhe Medvegj\u00ebs do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb kishin s\u00eb paku pes\u00eb vende t\u00eb garantuara n\u00eb Parlamentin e Serbis\u00eb, duke iu referuar dhjet\u00eb ul\u00ebseve t\u00eb garantuara p\u00ebr komunitetin serb n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebndrim politik i Kurtit dhe jo nj\u00eb kuot\u00eb q\u00eb aktualisht u garantohet shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Serbi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrve\u00e7 numrit t\u00eb mandateve, koalicioni e ka vendosur n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb angazhimit zbatimin e Planit Shtat\u00ebpik\u00ebsh t\u00eb vitit 2013. Ky plan lidhet me \u00e7\u00ebshtje si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi i drejt\u00eb n\u00eb institucione, njohja e diplomave, arsimi n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, p\u00ebrdorimi zyrtar i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, zhvillimi ekonomik dhe shqet\u00ebsimet p\u00ebr pasivizimin e adresave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e bashkimit nuk matet vet\u00ebm me rezultatin zgjedhor, por edhe me aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb zgjedhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb koordinuar veprimet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar zbatimin e zotimeve dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i ngritur \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb institucionet e Serbis\u00eb dhe n\u00eb aren\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mbetet t\u00eb shihet n\u00ebse bashk\u00ebpunimi elektoral do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb edhe pas zgjedhjeve dhe n\u00ebse do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh dhe rezultate konkrete p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Preshev\u00ebs, Bujanocit dhe Medvegj\u00ebs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pas arritjes s\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes politike, \u201cKoalicioni Shqiptar\u201d po zhvillon aktivitete parazgjedhore n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc dhe Medvegj\u00eb.
