Ai theksoi se zyrtar\u00ebt serb\u00eb po e sfidojn\u00eb hapur Kosov\u00ebn.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konjufca tha gjithashtu se personat q\u00eb kan\u00eb kryer krime n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb po vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai deklaroi se Serbia ka vrar\u00eb 12 mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konjufca ka deklaruar se Serbia ka vrar\u00eb 12 mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb paarmatosur gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke kritikuar ministrin e Jasht\u00ebm serb, Marko Gjuriq, p\u00ebr mosp\u00ebrmendjen e viktimave shqiptare n\u00eb deklarimin e tij para K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cZonja presidente, shteti i Serbis\u00eb, me flamurin e Serbis\u00eb, ka vrar\u00eb n\u00eb vendin tim 12 000 njer\u00ebz t\u00eb paarmatosur, t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm, shqiptar\u00eb. Asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb nga ministri Gjuriq p\u00ebr 12 000 shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb vrar\u00eb! K\u00ebt\u00eb e quaj un\u00eb mohim t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d, ka deklaruar Konjufca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb fjalimit t\u00eb tij, ai ka k\u00ebrkuar nga Serbia q\u00eb t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr sulmin e 24 shtatorit 2023 n\u00eb Banjsk\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ndal\u00eb, si\u00e7 ka th\u00ebn\u00eb, politik\u00ebn armiq\u00ebsore ndaj Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDuhet t\u00eb ndal\u00eb pengimin sistematik t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe t\u00eb miratoj\u00eb njohjen e nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb si baz\u00eb p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebrshtet\u00ebrore\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konjufca ka akuzuar Beogradin zyrtar p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb sulmit n\u00eb Banjsk\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrmendur Milan Radoi\u00e7iqin, t\u00eb cilin e ka cil\u00ebsuar si organizator t\u00eb sulmit. Ai ka kritikuar faktin q\u00eb Radoi\u00e7iqi \u00ebsht\u00eb shfaqur n\u00eb nj\u00eb tubim politik t\u00eb presidentit serb, Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq, n\u00eb Kragujevc, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cK\u00ebto nuk jan\u00eb provokime t\u00eb izoluara, ato ekspozojn\u00eb nj\u00eb doktrin\u00eb armiq\u00ebsore, ekspansioniz\u00ebm territorial dhe pand\u00ebshkueshm\u00ebri p\u00ebr agresion t\u00eb armatosur\u201d, ka deklaruar Konjufca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka k\u00ebrkuar nga bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnoj\u00eb veprimet e tilla dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb llogaridh\u00ebnie p\u00ebr sulmin n\u00eb Banjsk\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSovraniteti i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i negociuesh\u00ebm, e as drejt\u00ebsia p\u00ebr sulmin terrorist t\u00eb Banjsk\u00ebs\u201d, ka theksuar ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kritikon deklaratat e zyrtar\u00ebve serb\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konjufca ka ngritur shqet\u00ebsime edhe p\u00ebr deklaratat e zyrtar\u00ebve serb\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat i ka cil\u00ebsuar si nxit\u00ebse t\u00eb pastrimit etnik dhe si shprehje t\u00eb ambicieve territoriale ndaj Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka p\u00ebrmendur deklarat\u00ebn e ministres serbe p\u00ebr Administrat\u00eb Shtet\u00ebrore dhe Pushtet Lokal, Snezhana Paunoviq, e cila, sipas tij, n\u00eb nj\u00eb emision televiziv kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cPo t\u00eb isha un\u00eb Slobodan Milosheviq, un\u00eb do ta pastroja etnikisht Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb vitin 1998\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konjufca ka p\u00ebrg\u00ebzuar reagimin e Bashkimit Evropian ndaj k\u00ebsaj deklarate dhe i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Sigurimit q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnoj\u00eb glorifikimin e kriminel\u00ebve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs dhe deklaratat q\u00eb arsyetojn\u00eb pastrimin etnik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka kritikuar edhe nderimet p\u00ebr Ratko Mladiqin, t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr gjenocidin n\u00eb Srebrenic\u00eb, si dhe deklarat\u00ebn e z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministrit serb Ivica Da\u00e7iq se flamuri serb her\u00ebt a von\u00eb do t\u00eb val\u00ebvitet mbi Prizren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Konjufc\u00ebs, k\u00ebto deklarata tregojn\u00eb se ambiciet territoriale t\u00eb Beogradit ndaj Kosov\u00ebs nuk i p\u00ebrkasin vet\u00ebm s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P\u00ebrmend diskriminimin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb fjalimit, Konjufca ka folur edhe p\u00ebr gjendjen e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs, duke pretenduar se ata p\u00ebrballen me diskriminim sistematik dhe p\u00ebrjashtim nga sektori publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb 71 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb kombinuar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij rajoni, sipas regjistrimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi m\u00eb 2022, por se p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi i tyre institucional mbetet i ul\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konjufca ka krahasuar k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb me Kosov\u00ebn, ku, sipas tij, 20 nga 120 ul\u00ebset n\u00eb Kuvend jan\u00eb t\u00eb garantuara p\u00ebr komunitetet joshumic\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhjet\u00eb ul\u00ebse p\u00ebr komunitetin serb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"Konjufca: Raporti i UNMIK-ut \u00ebsht\u00eb selektiv dhe p\u00ebrmban dezinformata p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn\">Konjufca: Raporti i UNMIK-ut \u00ebsht\u00eb selektiv dhe p\u00ebrmban dezinformata p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri i par\u00eb dhe ministri Konjufca,  tha se Kosova ka sh\u00ebnuar p\u00ebrparim n\u00eb shum\u00eb fusha.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai e cil\u00ebsoi raportin e UNMIK-ut si selektiv, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e tij bazohet n\u00eb propagand\u00ebn serbe dhe p\u00ebrmban dezinformata p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konjufca ka kritikuar raportin e UNMIK-ut p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, duke pretenduar se ai bazohet kryesisht n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb e cil\u00ebsoi si propagand\u00eb serbe dhe se nuk i pasqyron plot\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrpjekjet e institucioneve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr sundimin e ligjit, stabilitetin dhe lirin\u00eb e l\u00ebvizjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke folur para K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb Organizat\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara (OKB), Konjufca ka kritikuar edhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si raporti i referohet sulmit n\u00eb Banjsk\u00eb, m\u00eb 24 shtator 2023. \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb po ashtu fatkeq\u00ebsi t\u00eb shohim q\u00eb prap\u00eb edhe sulmi paramilitar n\u00eb Banjsk\u00eb, i orkestruar, i organizuar, i mb\u00ebshtetur nga Beogradi zyrtar p\u00ebrmes Milan Radoi\u00e7iq-it, referohet e p\u00ebrmendet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb raport si nj\u00eb \u2018ngjarje e dhunshme\u2019 n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet ashtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb: sulm terrorist\u201d, ka deklaruar Konjufca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka kund\u00ebrshtuar gjithashtu at\u00eb q\u00eb e ka cil\u00ebsuar si keqp\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb konotacioneve etnike dhe keqinterpretim t\u00eb veprimeve t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb raportin e UNMIK-ut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebruese q\u00eb shum\u00eb nga k\u00ebto raste t\u00eb trajtuara dhe t\u00eb diskutuara n\u00eb raportin e UNMIK-ut bazohen kryesisht te propaganda serbe\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konjufca ka theksuar se Kosova vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb nga demokracit\u00eb m\u00eb stabile t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs Juglindore, duke p\u00ebrmendur p\u00ebrparimin n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr korrupsionit, forcimin e sundimit t\u00eb ligjit dhe mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave dhe lirive t\u00eb njeriut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cVler\u00ebsimet e pavarura tregojn\u00eb q\u00eb kemi arritur sukses n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr korrupsionit, p\u00ebrforcim t\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb ligjit, si dhe institucione demokratike q\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb e njeriut dhe avancojn\u00eb demokracin\u00eb\u201d, ka deklaruar ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke folur p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn n\u00eb veri, Konjufca ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs po punon p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb dhe prosperitetin n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb zonat e banuara nga komunitetet joshumic\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKemi mbyllur strukturat ilegale q\u00eb operojn\u00eb nga Serbia, t\u00eb cilat pengojn\u00eb integrimin etnik dhe cenojn\u00eb institucionet tona demokratike\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai, duke shtuar se mbyllja e tyre ofron siguri juridike dhe trajtim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konjufca ka p\u00ebrmendur edhe bashk\u00ebpunimin e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me KFOR-in dhe EULEX-in, si dhe hapjen e sh\u00ebrbimeve publike n\u00eb komunat veriore, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kadastrin, regjistrimin e bizneseve, pensionet, zyrat e pun\u00ebsimit dhe administrat\u00ebn tatimore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Konjufca flet edhe p\u00ebr aktgjykimin ndaj ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb deklarimit, Konjufca ka folur p\u00ebr aktgjykimin e fundit t\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Hag\u00eb ndaj ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (U\u00c7K).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Kosova ka bashk\u00ebpunuar me Tribunalin e Hag\u00ebs, institucionet e tjera t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb dhe gjykatat vendore p\u00ebr ndjekjen dhe d\u00ebnimin e krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, pavar\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb etnike t\u00eb kryer\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konjufca ka rikujtuar se Dhomat e Specializuara jan\u00eb themeluar n\u00eb vitin 2015, me insistimin e aleat\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, pas pretendimeve p\u00ebr krime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda nga pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka pretenduar se pretendimet p\u00ebr trafikim organesh, t\u00eb cilat i ka cil\u00ebsuar si fabrikime, nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e akuz\u00ebs n\u00eb aktgjykimin e fundit. Po ashtu, ka shprehur shqet\u00ebsime p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimet e shqiptuara, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se ato, sipas tij, p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb gabime n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje dhe n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e fakteve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDrejt\u00ebsia duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e paanshme dhe duhet t\u00eb perceptohet e t\u00eb shihet si e paanshme\u201d, ka deklaruar ai, duke shtuar se Kosova pret q\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimet e saj t\u00eb adresohen n\u00eb procedur\u00ebn e apelit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb fund, Konjufca ka p\u00ebrmendur edhe rreth 20 mij\u00eb viktimat e dhun\u00ebs seksuale gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe ka theksuar se shum\u00eb kryer\u00ebs t\u00eb krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs ende nuk jan\u00eb nd\u00ebshkuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKosova k\u00ebrkon drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr secil\u00ebn viktim\u00eb, p\u00ebr secilin krim e p\u00ebr secilin kryer\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre krimeve. Nuk mund t\u00eb lejojm\u00eb barazim t\u00eb faj\u00ebsis\u00eb thjesht p\u00ebr shkak se dikush deshi ta nd\u00ebrtonte nj\u00eb narrativ\u00eb alternative.
