Rikthimi me koh\u00eb i nj\u00ebsis\u00eb B1 n\u00eb funksion \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb e furnizimit me energji gjat\u00eb dimrit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projekti synon uljen e ndotjes nga termocentrali, duke reduktuar p\u00ebrqendrimin e pluhurit n\u00eb gazrat dal\u00ebse n\u00eb 20 mg\/Nm\u00b3 dhe t\u00eb oksideve t\u00eb azotit n\u00eb 200 mg\/Nm\u00b3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb takimeve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj jave, Rizvanolli dhe Schuebel kan\u00eb diskutuar edhe reformat n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Planit t\u00eb Rritjes t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Projektligjin p\u00ebr Rregullatorin e Energjis\u00eb, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb konsultim publik deri m\u00eb 5 n\u00ebntor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miratimi i k\u00ebtij ligji lidhet me p\u00ebrmbushjen e nj\u00eb kushti t\u00eb Planit t\u00eb Rritjes, me vler\u00eb rreth 6,26 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po ashtu, t\u00eb dy kan\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar bashk\u00ebpunimin e deritanish\u00ebm, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Pakon e Mb\u00ebshtetjes p\u00ebr Energjin\u00eb prej 75 milion\u00eb eurosh, p\u00ebrfundimi i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs u sh\u00ebnua m\u00eb 16 tetor.
