P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, v\u00ebzhguesit rus\u00eb po d\u00ebrgohen n\u00eb Serbi si pjes\u00eb e misioneve nga Asambleja Nd\u00ebrparlamentare e CIS dhe Zyra e OSBE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Institucione Demokratike dhe t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb qendrat e votimit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dua t&#8217;ju kujtoj se n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme, partner\u00ebt tan\u00eb nga Serbia erdh\u00ebn tek ne p\u00ebr zgjedhjet p\u00ebr Dum\u00ebn Shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb Federale t\u00eb Federat\u00ebs Ruse m\u00eb 20 shtator t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb e dobishme dhe efektive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si\u00e7 e kemi theksuar vazhdimisht, Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend mik p\u00ebr ne.
