Duhet vet\u00ebm t\u00eb v\u00eb theksin q\u00eb bashk\u00eb me kolegun Tahiri n\u00eb Komisionin p\u00ebr Legjislacion kemi k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb Avokati i Popullit t\u00eb vij\u00eb edhe t\u00eb raportoj\u00eb p\u00ebr sfidat serioze dhe problemet serioze q\u00eb i inkorporon raporti i tij. Pra, po flasim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dokument q\u00eb ngre pik\u00ebpyetje serioze p\u00ebr transparenc\u00ebn, llogaridh\u00ebnien, barazin\u00eb para pal\u00ebve dhe garancit\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjykim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e t\u00eb paansh\u00ebm. Pra, po flasim p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb cilat prekin drejtp\u00ebrdrejt lirin\u00eb dhe dinjitetin njer\u00ebzor\u201d, tha Deliu Kodra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputetja nga radh\u00ebt e PDK-s\u00eb ka ngritur shqet\u00ebsime edhe p\u00ebr munges\u00ebn e mbik\u00ebqyrjes institucionale nga Kosova, kushtet e vizitave n\u00eb paraburgim, barazin\u00eb e pal\u00ebve n\u00eb proces dhe qasjen e mbrojtjes n\u00eb materialet e p\u00ebrdorura si prova, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ato me origjin\u00eb nga Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDhomat e Specializuara nuk i jan\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar kontrollit demokratik nga institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs, ndon\u00ebse jan\u00eb themeluar mbi baz\u00ebn e vendimit kushtetues dhe ligjor t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Institucionet tona, si rrjedhoj\u00eb, nuk kan\u00eb pasur mund\u00ebsi reale p\u00ebr t\u00eb ushtruar mbik\u00ebqyrje, monitorim dhe llogaridh\u00ebnie mbi funksionimin e tyre. Raporti evidenton shqet\u00ebsime p\u00ebr respektimin e jet\u00ebs private dhe familjare gjat\u00eb vizitave n\u00eb paraburgim. Po ashtu serioz \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe shqet\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr barazin\u00eb e pal\u00ebve dhe koh\u00ebn n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb mbrojtjes. \u00c7\u00ebshtja tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb sqarohet \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebse mbrojtjes i \u00ebsht\u00eb ofruar qasje e plot\u00eb n\u00eb informacione mbi origjin\u00ebn dhe besueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e materialeve, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht atyre t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb ardhur nga Serbia\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deliu Kodra ka k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimet e paraqitura n\u00eb raport t\u00eb shqyrtohen nga Kuvendi dhe institucionet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse, duke theksuar se angazhimi p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ish-krer\u00ebt e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb duhet t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb argumente profesionale dhe veprime institucionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPrandaj, k\u00ebto konstatime k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb argumentuar. Kur institucioni kushtetues p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut ngre shqet\u00ebsime t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj natyre, ky Kuvend e ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t&#8217;i shqyrtoj\u00eb ato dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb veprim nga institucionet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse. T\u00eb nderuar koleg\u00eb deputet\u00eb, p\u00ebr Partin\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, drejt\u00ebsia p\u00ebr krer\u00ebt e Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs mbetet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e p\u00ebrhershme. Kjo p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi k\u00ebrkon pun\u00eb t\u00eb organizuar, argumente profesionale dhe angazhim shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb Kuvendi dhe Qeveria t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm profesional dhe t\u00eb pavarur p\u00ebr monitorimin e procedurave n\u00eb Dhomat e Specializuara, duke p\u00ebrmendur t\u00eb drejtat procedurale t\u00eb ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe pritjet e familjeve t\u00eb tyre ndaj institucioneve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHashim Tha\u00e7i, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi dhe Rexhep Selimi kan\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb drejt\u00eb n\u00eb respektimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb garancive t\u00eb tyre procedurale.
