Ai p\u00ebrmendi gjithashtu &#8220;referendumet&#8221; mbi aneksimin e rajoneve t\u00eb pushtuara n\u00eb Federat\u00ebn Ruse, duke pohuar se &#8220;banor\u00ebt e tyre e mor\u00ebn vet\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim&#8221;.
