Ky projekt i ndihmoi familjet e tyre t\u00eb konfirmonin rob\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre, duke i mund\u00ebsuar atyre t\u00eb siguronin statusin zyrtar t\u00eb t\u00eb burgosurit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr ushtar\u00ebt n\u00eb Rusi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas projektit, 40 p\u00ebrqind e atyre q\u00eb u shk\u00ebmbyen kishin kaluar m\u00eb pak se nj\u00eb vit n\u00eb rob\u00ebri, nd\u00ebrsa 43 p\u00ebrqind t\u00eb tjer\u00eb ishin mbajtur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb deri n\u00eb dy vjet. Vet\u00ebm 17 p\u00ebrqind kishin qen\u00eb n\u00eb rob\u00ebri p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy vjet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cP\u00ebr krahasim: n\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimin e gushtit, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysma e personelit ushtarak q\u00eb Rusia solli nga rob\u00ebria kishin kaluar m\u00eb pak se nj\u00eb vit atje\u201d, thuhej n\u00eb raport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjysma e t\u00eb kthyerve ishin midis 35 dhe 44 vje\u00e7, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e mosh\u00ebs 19 deri n\u00eb 24 vje\u00e7 p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin grupin tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb madh, me 21 p\u00ebrqind.
