BE-ja thirret n\u00eb frym\u00ebn e shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb letrave t\u00eb vitit 2014 nd\u00ebrmjet shefes s\u00eb at\u00ebhershme t\u00eb diplomacis\u00eb evropiane, Catherine Ashton, dhe ish-presidentes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Atifete Jahjaga.
