P\u00ebrballen Partia Progresive Serbe (SNS), e udh\u00ebhequr nga Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq, dhe Lista e Student\u00ebve, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb sfiduesen kryesore t\u00eb pushtetit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrtej gar\u00ebs mes dy blloqeve, v\u00ebmendja po p\u00ebrqendrohet edhe te partit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ato t\u00eb pakicave komb\u00ebtare. N\u00ebse asnj\u00ebri bllok nuk siguron shumic\u00ebn, k\u00ebto parti mund t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb pesh\u00eb n\u00eb negociatat p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb e ardhshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb publikuar m\u00eb 21 tetor, Qendra p\u00ebr Studime Lindore (OSW), me seli n\u00eb Varshav\u00eb, vler\u00ebson se partit\u00eb e pakicave mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb rol vendimtar, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb rezultatit dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb partive t\u00eb tjera m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parlamenti i Serbis\u00eb ka 250 deputet\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr shumic\u00eb nevojiten t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 126 mandate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sondazhet japin rezultate t\u00eb ndryshme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hulumtimet e publikuara para zgjedhjeve nuk pajtohen p\u00ebr at\u00eb se cili bllok \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb ep\u00ebrsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas sondazhit t\u00eb institutit serb NSPM, i realizuar nga 25 shtatori deri m\u00eb 5 tetor me 1.050 t\u00eb anketuar, Lista e Student\u00ebve do t\u00eb merrte 44,5% t\u00eb votave t\u00eb t\u00eb anketuarve t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar, nd\u00ebrsa lista e udh\u00ebhequr nga Vu\u00e7iq 42,7%. Sondazhi u realizua me telefon n\u00eb territorin e Serbis\u00eb, pa Kosov\u00ebn. NSPM sqaron se \u00ebsht\u00eb matje e opinionit publik dhe jo parashikim i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb i rezultatit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sondazhi i Ipsos Strategic Marketing, i publikuar m\u00eb 22 tetor dhe i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Votendit, e vendos p\u00ebrpara list\u00ebn e Vu\u00e7iqit, &#8220;Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107 \u2013 Serbia e Bashkuar&#8221;, me 47,4%, kundrejt 40% p\u00ebr List\u00ebn e Student\u00ebve. Opozita dhe media t\u00eb pavarura e akuzojn\u00eb Ipsos-in p\u00ebr anshm\u00ebri pro-qeveritare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edhe Faktor Plus, n\u00eb shtator, i dha ep\u00ebrsi SNS-s\u00eb me 48,6%, kundrejt 37,1% p\u00ebr student\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebto dallime tregojn\u00eb se gara mbetet e hapur. Rezultatet duhen lexuar duke pasur parasysh burimin, metodologjin\u00eb dhe periudh\u00ebn e realizimit t\u00eb secilit sondazh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Projeksionet: Asnj\u00ebri bllok nuk e siguron shumic\u00ebn<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas modelit t\u00eb Election Monitor, i cili kombinon sondazhet e publikuara dhe llogarit shp\u00ebrndarjen e mundshme t\u00eb mandateve, lista e Vu\u00e7iqit parashikohet t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb rreth 118 deputet\u00eb dhe Lista e Student\u00ebve 110. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb skenar, asnj\u00ebri nuk do ta arrinte shumic\u00ebn prej 126.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modeli parashikon edhe 10 mandate p\u00ebr list\u00ebn e Ivica Da\u00e7iqit, &#8220;Faktori i Stabilitetit&#8221;, pes\u00eb p\u00ebr Aleanc\u00ebn e Hungarez\u00ebve t\u00eb Vojvodin\u00ebs, dy p\u00ebr L\u00ebvizjen p\u00ebr Bashkim t\u00eb Usame Zukorliqit, dy p\u00ebr SDA-n\u00eb e Sanxhakut, nj\u00eb p\u00ebr list\u00ebn e Rasim Ljajiqit, nj\u00eb p\u00ebr Koalicionin Shqiptar dhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebr Partin\u00eb Ruse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebto jan\u00eb projeksione statistikore, jo rezultate t\u00eb konfirmuara. Sipas Election Monitor, ato bazohen n\u00eb mesataren e sondazheve dhe n\u00eb vler\u00ebsime p\u00ebr listat q\u00eb nuk maten ve\u00e7mas nga institutet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit model, listat e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb deritanishme, t\u00eb marra s\u00eb bashku, mund t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb 137 mandate. Kjo shif\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshin SNS-n\u00eb (118), list\u00ebn e Da\u00e7iqit (10), Aleanc\u00ebn e Hungarez\u00ebve (5), SDA-n\u00eb e Sanxhakut (2) dhe L\u00ebvizjen e Zukorliqit (2). Vet\u00ebm SNS-ja dhe lista e Da\u00e7iqit b\u00ebjn\u00eb 128 mandate, pra mbi pragun e shumic\u00ebs edhe pa pakicat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prandaj roli i pakicave nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i garantuar. Ai do t\u00eb varet nga rezultati p\u00ebrfundimtar dhe nga marr\u00ebveshjet mes partive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pakicat mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhen faktor negociues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas OSW-s\u00eb, r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb Aleanca e Hungarez\u00ebve t\u00eb Vojvodin\u00ebs, e cila tradicionalisht ka bashk\u00ebpunuar me SNS-n\u00eb. Pas ndryshimeve politike n\u00eb Hungari, kjo parti mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me dilema t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr orientimin e saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb negociatat paszgjedhore m3und t\u00eb ken\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi edhe partit\u00eb e pakic\u00ebs boshnjake, si SDA e Sanxhakut dhe L\u00ebvizja p\u00ebr Bashkim e Usame Zukorliqit. Pesha e tyre do t\u00eb varet jo vet\u00ebm nga numri i mandateve, por edhe nga gatishm\u00ebria p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur nj\u00ebrin nga dy blloqet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rol mund t\u00eb luajn\u00eb edhe koalicionet e vogla opozitare q\u00eb synojn\u00eb pragun zgjedhor prej 3%, si &#8220;Serbia Evropiane&#8221;. N\u00ebse hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb parlament, ato mund t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga student\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Edhe shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb rol<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb zgjedhje garon edhe Koalicioni Shqiptar, q\u00eb synon p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs n\u00eb Kuvendin e Serbis\u00eb. Sipas projeksionit t\u00eb Election Monitor, atij i parashikohet nj\u00eb mandat. \u00cbsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsim paraprak, jo rezultat zyrtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb parlament ku asnj\u00eb bllok nuk siguron shumic\u00ebn, edhe nj\u00eb mandat i vet\u00ebm mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb pesh\u00eb n\u00eb negociata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit shqiptar\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen ta shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar angazhime konkrete p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e shqiptar\u00ebve, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin institucional, arsimin, p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe zhvillimin ekonomik t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, Bujanocit dhe Medvegj\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, nuk ka baz\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se partit\u00eb shqiptare do ta p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb vet\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e ardhshme. Ndikimi i tyre do t\u00eb varet nga numri p\u00ebrfundimtar i mandateve dhe nga marr\u00ebveshjet politike pas zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c7far\u00eb mund ta p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e ardhshme?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrve\u00e7 pakicave, r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb edhe Partia Socialiste e Serbis\u00eb (SPS), e udh\u00ebhequr nga Ivica Da\u00e7iq, si dhe koalicionet m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla opozitare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00ebse SNS-ja nuk e siguron shumic\u00ebn, ajo mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e partner\u00ebve tradicional\u00eb dhe t\u00eb partive t\u00eb vogla. N\u00ebse Lista e Student\u00ebve del forca m\u00eb e madhe, ajo mund t\u00eb provoj\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb alternative me opozit\u00ebn dhe disa p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb pakicave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas OSW-s\u00eb, nj\u00eb fitore e qart\u00eb e nj\u00ebr\u00ebs pal\u00eb do ta zvog\u00eblonte ndikimin e partive t\u00eb vogla, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb rezultat i ngusht\u00eb mund t&#8217;i b\u00ebj\u00eb ato faktor\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm negociues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebshtu, zgjedhjet e 25 tetorit mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse SNS-ja do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, por edhe n\u00ebse do t\u00eb krijohen kushtet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb t\u00eb re parlamentare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb rast rezultati t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb, partit\u00eb e pakicave, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, mund t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb pesh\u00eb n\u00eb negociatat paszgjedhore.
