Pra, roli i Kuvendit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb a do t\u00eb ket\u00eb plot\u00ebsim ndryshim t\u00eb ligjit apo nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb\u201d, ka deklaruar Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka paralajm\u00ebruar se shkresa e presidentes do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet publike nga Kuvendi, n\u00ebse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb publikuar tashm\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cUn\u00eb kam pasur p\u00ebrshtypjen q\u00eb Shkresa e Presidentes \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb publike, n\u00ebse jo, at\u00ebher\u00eb ne do ta marrim p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr si Kuvend, sepse nuk kemi asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshehur. Do ta marrim p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr si Kuvend q\u00eb ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb publike dhe pastaj ta shihni ju si t\u00eb till\u00eb Shkres\u00ebn e Presidentes\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haxhiu ka shtuar se, sipas leximit t\u00eb saj, shkresa i referohet deklarat\u00ebs s\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb grupit parlamentar t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr kthimin e ligjit n\u00eb leximin e tret\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb leximit tim, nuk ka ndonj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje me theks q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e identifikuar, i referohet deklarat\u00ebs s\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por po ashtu edhe k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb grupit parlamentar t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr kthim t\u00eb ligjit n\u00eb leximin e tret\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, at\u00eb do ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb publike, do ta ndajm\u00eb me ju dhe natyrisht e vler\u00ebsoni pastaj ju si t\u00eb till\u00eb\u201d, ka deklaruar Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryetarja e Kuvendit ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se ka pasur komunikime me grupin parlamentar t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, por ka theksuar se shqyrtimi i saj i takon Komisionit p\u00ebr Legjislacion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNe kemi pasur komunikime edhe me grupin parlamentar t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb, sot n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes dhe gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb vikendit, por natyrisht q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket komisionit p\u00ebr legjislacion q\u00eb t\u2019i trajtoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto aspekte, pra ky \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm q\u00ebndrimi im, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb asaj \u00e7far\u00eb kam lexuar n\u00eb gjykimin e Gjykat\u00ebs, por edhe n\u00eb rregulloren e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Kuvendit\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haxhiu ka theksuar se pas shqyrtimit nga Komisioni p\u00ebr Legjislacion, \u00e7\u00ebshtja do t\u2019i p\u00ebrcillet Kuvendit p\u00ebr vendimmarrje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSot e kam ngarkuar komisionin p\u00ebr legjislacion, komisioni p\u00ebr legjislacion i ka kat\u00ebr jav\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr ta trajtuar si t\u00eb till\u00eb dhe pastaj t\u2019i drejtohet Kuvendit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb puna e grupit punues p\u00ebr strategjin\u00eb p\u00ebr apelin, pra fokusi duhet t\u00eb vendoset tek ajo\u201d, ka p\u00ebrfunduar Haxhiu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kryetarja e Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Albulena Haxhiu, ka deklaruar se pas kthimit t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr Dhomat e Specializuara nga presidentja, Kuvendi duhet t\u00eb vendos\u00eb p\u00ebrmes votimit n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ket\u00eb plot\u00ebsim-ndryshime t\u00eb ligjit apo jo.
