Apeli i ka refuzuar si t\u00eb pabazuara ankesat e Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale, e cila k\u00ebrkonte d\u00ebnim m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, dhe t\u00eb mbrojtjes, e cila kishte k\u00ebrkuar lirimin e tij ose kthimin e rastit n\u00eb rigjykim.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb aktgjykimin e dat\u00ebs 7 tetor 2026, Departamenti Special i Apelit ka vler\u00ebsuar se gjykata e shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb e kishte v\u00ebrtetuar drejt gjendjen faktike dhe nuk kishte shkelje procedurale q\u00eb do t\u00eb kusht\u00ebzonin anulimin e vendimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktgjykimit, provat kan\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar se Selimi kishte bashk\u00ebpunuar me Agjencin\u00eb e Inteligjenc\u00ebs dhe Siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, BIA, duke ndar\u00eb informacione p\u00ebr aktivitetet e pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, vrasjet gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs dhe personat e radikalizuar, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb luft\u00ebn n\u00eb Siri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykata konstaton se Selimi ishte paguar deri n\u00eb 700 euro n\u00eb muaj dhe ishte furnizuar me telefona p\u00ebr komunikim me zyrtar\u00ebt e BIA-s.
