Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomen i cili n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb na obligon t\u00eb reflektojm\u00eb dhe, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi\u201d, ka deklaruar Tahiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka theksuar se nuk mjafton vet\u00ebm shprehja e ngush\u00ebllimeve dhe d\u00ebnimi i rastit, por nevojiten veprime konkrete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNuk mjafton vet\u00ebm t\u00eb shprehim ngush\u00ebllime. Nuk mjafton vet\u00ebm t\u00eb d\u00ebnojm\u00eb rastin. Nuk mjafton t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb flasim vet\u00ebm at\u00ebher\u00eb kur ndodhin tragjedit\u00eb.
