Prandaj, korniza ligjore n\u00eb Serbi \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft e qart\u00eb, sepse Kushtetuta thot\u00eb se Kosova  \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb &#8220;provinc\u00eb autonome e Serbis\u00eb&#8221;. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, dokumentet kryesore t\u00eb korniz\u00ebs ligjore nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Rezoluta 1244 e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara, gjithashtu e pretendojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb\u201d, tha Shoshkiq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, Lista e Student\u00ebve nuk d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb promovoj\u00eb zgjidhje q\u00eb bien ndesh as me ligjin vendas dhe as me at\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr, ajo mbron vlerat e demokracis\u00eb, t\u00eb drejtave dhe lirive t\u00eb njeriut, si dhe vlerat e tjera themelore t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Mendoj se Serbia patjet\u00ebr do t\u00eb ket\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb kriteret e BE-s\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb leht\u00eb dhe shpejt. Dhe n\u00ebse do t&#8217;i bashkohet Bashkimit Evropian n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment kur t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kushtet, do t\u00eb varet gjithashtu nga fakti n\u00ebse Bashkimi Evropian do t&#8217;i ofroj\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim t\u00eb plot\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, si dhe n\u00ebse qytetar\u00ebt e Serbis\u00eb do t\u00eb vendosin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb opsion n\u00eb referendum, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb atij procesi&#8221;, tha Shoshkiq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Kroacin\u00eb, \u0160o\u0161ki\u0107 deklaroi se Serbia duhet t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb mira fqinj\u00ebsore me Kroacin\u00eb, Bosnj\u00ebn dhe Hercegovin\u00ebn, Malin e Zi, Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut dhe vende t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Secili prej nesh sigurisht q\u00eb ka t\u00eb af\u00ebrm n\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn dy ose tre vende fqinje nga ish-Jugosllavia. Do t\u00eb ishte mjaft e natyrshme q\u00eb Serbia, si nj\u00eb vend demokratik, t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb faktor stabiliteti n\u00eb rajon, gj\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me fqinj\u00ebt e saj&#8221;, tha Shoshki\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kur u pyet p\u00ebr Stuhin\u00eb dhe Vukovarin, \u0160o\u0161ki\u0107 deklaroi se n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb shum\u00eb dakord\u00ebsi rreth perceptimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb asaj q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb vitet n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb, sepse ka rr\u00ebfime t\u00eb ndryshme, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb, vizione t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb ngjarjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKeni nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb, e cila flet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb lloj agresioni, dhe keni nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, e cila flet p\u00ebr shk\u00ebputje t\u00eb armatosur, dhe ndoshta do t\u00eb mbetet k\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb.
