Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ka reaguar edhe Asociacioni i Gazetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (AGK), i cili ka shprehur shqet\u00ebsim p\u00ebr largimin e tyre dhe ka k\u00ebrkuar respektimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb gazetar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb Ligjit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shtat\u00eb gazetar\u00eb t\u00eb portalit Klan Kosova kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00ebheqje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt nga puna, pas mosp\u00ebrfilljes s\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr kompensim shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr angazhimin n\u00eb mbulimin dhe raportimin e spektaklit televiziv \u201cBig Brother VIP Kosova\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lajmin e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur gazetarja Genita Ukaj p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb postimi n\u00eb Facebook, ku ka shpjeguar arsyet q\u00eb \u00e7uan ekipin drejt vendimit p\u00ebr t&#8217;u larguar nga puna. Sipas saj, k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr kompensim ishte paraqitur disa jav\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb te udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsja e portalit, por shqet\u00ebsimet e gazetar\u00ebve nuk ishin marr\u00eb parasysh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukaj ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se vendimi p\u00ebr dor\u00ebheqje ishte i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe erdhi si rezultat i k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs q\u00eb puna shtes\u00eb, angazhimi i shtuar dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb gjat\u00eb raportimit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb format televiziv t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoheshin dhe t\u00eb kompensoheshin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSot, t\u00eb shtat\u00eb gazetar\u00ebt e stafit t\u00eb portalit Klan Kosova u detyruam bashk\u00ebrisht t\u00eb japim dor\u00ebheqje, si pasoj\u00eb e mosp\u00ebrfilljes s\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs son\u00eb p\u00ebr kompensim shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn dhe angazhimin e jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm n\u00eb mbulimin dhe raportimin e formatit Big Brother VIP Kosova\u201d, ka shkruar Ukaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka theksuar se k\u00ebrkesa nuk ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb individi, por p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte q\u00ebndrimin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ekipit, i cili k\u00ebrkonte q\u00eb angazhimi shtes\u00eb t\u00eb njihej dhe t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblehej n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKy ishte nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt i nj\u00eb ekipi t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb, i cili k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb puna shtes\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet dhe t\u00eb kompensohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb\u201d, ka theksuar gazetarja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrve\u00e7 Genita Ukajt, dor\u00ebheqjen e kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe Lendita Elshani, Albina Haxholli, Lum A. Gashi, Albert B.
