Ajo ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se Ministria ka shqiptuar gjoba ndaj disa komunave dhe kompanive publike p\u00ebr d\u00ebshtimin n\u00eb menaxhimin e mbeturinave.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministrja Pacolli&nbsp;n\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr media ka deklaruar se gjendja me menaxhimin e mbeturinave n\u00eb disa komuna t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese, duke theksuar se institucionet qendrore nuk mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb pasive p\u00ebrball\u00eb situatave q\u00eb rrezikojn\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin publik dhe mjedisin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke folur p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Pacolli ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Komuna nuk po i p\u00ebrmbush obligimet e saj, nd\u00ebrsa ka ngritur akuza p\u00ebr keqmenaxhim t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes publike \u201cPastrimi\u201d.\u201cKomuna e Prishtin\u00ebs, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se po tregon munges\u00eb vullneti p\u00ebr t\u2019i kryer obligimet e saj, po e keqmenaxhon nd\u00ebrmarrjen publike \u2018Pastrimi\u2019\u201d, ka deklaruar Pacolli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se Ministria ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra aksione inspektimi dhe ka vendosur mbik\u00ebqyrje m\u00eb t\u00eb rrept\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar keqmenaxhimin e mbeturinave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas saj, dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit jan\u00eb shqiptuar gjoba ndaj disa institucioneve dhe kompanive publike.\u201cP\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur sh\u00ebndetin publik, nuk mund t\u00eb rrim\u00eb duarkryq kur krijohen situata emergjente, edhe pse kompetencat tona n\u00eb menaxhimin e mbeturinave jan\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuara\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ministrja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pacolli gjithashtu ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se Komuna e Prishtin\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb gjobitur dy her\u00eb, me nga 5 mij\u00eb euro, nd\u00ebrsa Komuna e Istogut me 5 mij\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjoba jan\u00eb shqiptuar edhe ndaj kompanive rajonale t\u00eb mbeturinave. \u201cPastrimi\u201d n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjobitur me 2 mij\u00eb euro, \u201cAmbienti\u201d n\u00eb Pej\u00eb me dy gjoba, nj\u00ebra prej 5 mij\u00eb eurosh dhe tjetra prej 2 mij\u00eb eurosh, nd\u00ebrsa kompania \u201cHigjiena\u201d n\u00eb De\u00e7an me 2 mij\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministrja ka paralajm\u00ebruar se kontrollet n\u00eb terren do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb monitorimin p\u00ebrmes dron\u00ebve dhe kamerave, nd\u00ebrsa ka apeluar te qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb mbeturinat t\u2019i d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb n\u00eb deponit\u00eb e licencuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo tutje shtoi se deponit\u00eb legale n\u00eb rajone jan\u00eb t\u00eb hapura \u00e7do t\u00eb shtun\u00eb dhe se qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb hedhin mbeturina n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndaluara do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me masa nd\u00ebshkuese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb konferenc\u00ebs, Pacolli ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se p\u00ebrmes programit p\u00ebr pastrimin e deponive ilegale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin jan\u00eb ndar\u00eb 1 milion euro p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb rajonale, jan\u00eb larguar mbi 8 mij\u00eb ton\u00eb mbeturina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas saj, ky proces ka nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb pah gjendjen e r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb kompanive rajonale, t\u00eb cilat, si\u00e7 ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo, p\u00ebrballen me keqmenaxhim dhe munges\u00eb kritike t\u00eb mjeteve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, ministrja ka njoftuar se \u00ebsht\u00eb planifikuar buxhet shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta n\u00eb situatat kur komunat ose rajonet d\u00ebshtojn\u00eb n\u00eb menaxhimin e mbeturinave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb nga \u00e7\u00ebshtjet kryesore t\u00eb ngritura nga Pacolli ka qen\u00eb gjendja n\u00eb deponin\u00eb e Mirashit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ajo ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se ekziston nevoj\u00eb urgjente p\u00ebr mbyllje, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mbingarkes\u00ebs dhe rrezikut t\u00eb nj\u00eb katastrofe ekologjike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka theksuar se caktimi i lokacionit p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e Qendr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Menaxhimin e Mbeturinave n\u00eb Lipjan ishte i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, por edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur kushtet p\u00ebr sigurimin e financimit prej 50 milion\u00eb eurosh nga qeveria gjermane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas ministres, vler\u00ebsimi strategjik mjedisor p\u00ebr qendr\u00ebn e re ka p\u00ebrfunduar, nd\u00ebrsa pas mbylljes s\u00eb Mirashit parashihet rehabilitimi i hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs dhe shnd\u00ebrrimi i saj n\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr dhe park mbrojt\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pacolli ka folur edhe p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ku deponia ilegale n\u00eb Zve\u00e7an, sipas saj, paraqet rrezik p\u00ebr ndotjen e lumit, p\u00ebrhapjen e zjarreve n\u00eb pyjet p\u00ebrreth dhe sh\u00ebndetin publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar lokacioni p\u00ebr deponin\u00eb e re, e nd\u00ebrtuar me investime t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, dhe se pas takimeve me zyr\u00ebn e BE-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur pajtim n\u00eb parim p\u00ebr hapjen e saj s\u00eb shpejti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pacolli ka njoftuar se reforma do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb ligjin e ri p\u00ebr menaxhimin e integruar t\u00eb mbeturinave, i cili parasheh sistemin e kthimit t\u00eb depozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr shishet e plastik\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb qelqit, si dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb prodhuesve p\u00ebr trajtimin e mbetjeve, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb gomat, baterit\u00eb dhe pajisjet elektrike sht\u00ebpiake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas saj, ligji i ri do t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta emergjente nga Ministria n\u00eb rastet kur komunat d\u00ebshtojn\u00eb n\u00eb menaxhimin e mbeturinave.
