Raporti final \u00ebsht\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb K\u00ebshill me dat\u00eb: 28.10.2026&#8221;, njofton KGJK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas shqyrtimit t\u00eb te gjitha shkresave t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs dhe lidhur me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen, rezulton se:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykata m\u00eb dat\u00eb 07.09.2026 e ka pranuar K\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr Shqiptimin e Urdhrit Mbrojt\u00ebs Emergjent, dhe po k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb e ka regjistruar n\u00eb regjistrin manual dhe at\u00eb elektronit t\u00eb SMIL, konform rregullave t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara me akte normative, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Rregulloren nr.17\/2024 dhe Shtojc\u00ebn 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me aktvendimin e dat\u00ebs 07.09.2026, Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Pej\u00eb ka caktuar Urdhrin p\u00ebr Mbrojtje Emergjente p\u00ebr pal\u00ebn e mbrojtur znj. Arlinda Zekaj-Sylaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtij aktvendimi pala e mbrojtur dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e viktimave kan\u00eb paraqitur kund\u00ebrshtim, vet\u00ebm lidhur me piken III, t\u00eb dispozitivit q\u00eb ka pasur t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me besimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs dhe alimentacionin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykata, duke vendosur sipas kund\u00ebrshtimit t\u00eb pal\u00ebs s\u00eb mbrojtur dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e viktimave me aktvendimin C.nr.1300\/2026 t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 16.10.2026, ka vendosur q\u00eb t\u00eb aprovohet k\u00ebrkesa e pal\u00ebs mbrojt\u00ebse me sakt\u00ebsisht si n\u00eb dispozitiv t\u00eb k\u00ebtij aktvendim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtij aktvendim nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur ankes\u00eb nga pal\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bazuar n\u00eb shkresat e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs rezulton se, pala mbrojt\u00ebse Arlinda Zekaj-Sylaj, gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs ka pasur t\u00eb caktuar Urdhrin p\u00ebr mbrojtje. T\u00eb dy k\u00ebto aktvendime i jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr ekzekutimin e tyre ashtu si\u00e7 ka qen\u00eb e p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb dispozitiv t\u00eb aktvendimeve t\u00eb cituara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KGJK njofton se me dat\u00eb 26.10.2026 n\u00eb ora 8.56, Gjykata ka pranuar Aktakuz\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, me num\u00ebr PP\/II Nr. 1340\/2026, kund\u00ebr Jeton Sylaj (bashk\u00ebshorti i Arlinda Zekaj).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Aktakuza n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pranuar pas vrasjes s\u00eb t\u00eb ndjer\u00ebs Arlinda Zekaj. Aktakuza \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb regjistrin fizik dhe at\u00eb elektronik me num\u00ebr P.nr. 832\/2026 dhe sipas numrit unik t\u00eb SMIL 2026:208789&#8221;, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn e KGJK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KGJK njofton se nga shkresat e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs rezulton se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje pal\u00eb t\u00eb vetme kan\u00eb qen\u00eb, pala e mbrojtur Arlinda Zekaj&nbsp;dhe pala p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse Jeton Sylejman Sylaj (n\u00eb raport familjar &#8211; bashk\u00ebshort), dhe n\u00eb asnj\u00eb shkres\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb tani i dyshuari p\u00ebr kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs penale t\u00eb vrasjes, Albert Sylaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KGJK njofton se me dat\u00ebn 17 shtator 2026, znj. Arlinda Zekaj i \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar m\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb Kryetarit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, ku ka shprehur pretendimet se gjyqtari i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes ka vendosur kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm dhe pas afateve ligjore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryetari i Gjykat\u00ebs n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, po t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb, me dat\u00ebn 17 shtator 2026 i \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar gjyqtarit t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb q\u00eb ta informohet lidhur m\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen si dhe me veprimet e nd\u00ebrmarra. Po t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb, gjyqtari i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Kryetarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Nd\u00ebrsa, me dat\u00ebn 20 tetor 2026 Kryetari i Gjykat\u00ebs me shkres\u00ebn GJA.nr.197\/26 i \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur Arlinda Zekaj duke i sqaruar t\u00eb gjitha veprimet e nd\u00ebrmarra nga Gjykata n\u00eb lidhje me rastin. Sa i p\u00ebrket lajmeve t\u00eb publikuara n\u00eb disa media, kinse Kryesuesi i K\u00ebshillit Gjyq\u00ebsor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ka pranuar k\u00ebrkes\u00eb nga znj. Arlinda Sylaj Zekaj, informoj\u00eb mediat dhe qytetar\u00ebt se k\u00ebto informacione nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta&#8221;, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn e KGJK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryesuesi i K\u00ebshilli Gjyq\u00ebsor i Kosov\u00ebs, ka marr p\u00ebrgjigje me shkrim nga personat p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs n\u00eb Sekretariatin e K\u00ebshillit Gjyq\u00ebsor se deri m\u00eb dat\u00eb 28 tetor 2026, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pranuar asnj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb nga tani e ndjera Arlinda Zekaj-Sylaj.
