Vler\u00ebsim t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm kan\u00eb marr\u00eb edhe Serbia dhe Bosnja e Hercegovina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, nj\u00eb zhvillim pozitiv p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se p\u00ebrafrimi i plot\u00eb me politik\u00ebn e jashtme dhe t\u00eb siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian pasqyrohet p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb kapitullit 31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa i p\u00ebrket dialogut me Serbin\u00eb, Komisioni Evropian p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit se perspektiva evropiane e t\u00eb dyja vendeve varet nga normalizimi i marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve. Zbatimi i Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Ohrit vler\u00ebsohet ende i pamjaftuesh\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt ftohen t&#8217;i p\u00ebrmbushin detyrimet e tyre pa vonesa t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, paralajm\u00ebron Komisioni, Kosova dhe Serbia rrezikojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me pasoja politike dhe ekonomike, si dhe t\u00eb mbeten prapa n\u00eb procesin e integrimit, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur procesi i zgjerimit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb ka marr\u00eb s\u00ebrish hov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb rajon, Mali i Zi vler\u00ebsohet si vendi m\u00eb i p\u00ebrparuar n\u00eb procesin e integrimit dhe mund t&#8217;i p\u00ebrmbyll\u00eb negociatat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shqip\u00ebria renditet e dyta p\u00ebr nga p\u00ebrparimi, pasi ka p\u00ebrmbushur standardet e nd\u00ebrmjetme n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sundimit t\u00eb ligjit.
