{"id":40323,"date":"2026-10-30T09:35:00","date_gmt":"2026-10-30T08:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=40323"},"modified":"2026-10-30T15:09:08","modified_gmt":"2026-10-30T14:09:08","slug":"svecla-prezanton-gjetjet-e-raportit-19-police-te-suspenduar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/10\/30\/svecla-prezanton-gjetjet-e-raportit-19-police-te-suspenduar\/","title":{"rendered":"Sve\u00e7la prezanton gjetjet e raportit: 19 polic\u00eb t\u00eb suspenduar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ministri i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme, Xhelal Sve\u00e7la, n\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr media s\u00eb bashku me ministren e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Donika G\u00ebrvalla, ka prezantuar gjetjet e raportit p\u00ebr trajtimin institucional t\u00eb rastit t\u00eb Arlinda Zekajt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sve\u00e7la b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se, p\u00ebrmes Inspektoratit Policor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit jan\u00eb verifikuar t\u00eb gjitha veprimet dhe mosveprimet e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs lidhur me raportimet dhe k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e Arlind\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai njoftoi se, bazuar n\u00eb gjetjet e raportit, jan\u00eb pezulluar 19 zyrtar\u00eb policor\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb drejtorin rajonal t\u00eb Policis\u00eb n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, shefin e Hetimeve Rajonale, komandantin dhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebskomandantin e Stacionit Policor n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, si dhe zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nga zinxhiri komandues dhe sektori i hetimeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cShkeljet e identifikuara p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb mosekszekutimin e urdhrit t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtje, vonesa n\u00eb ekzekutimin e urdhrit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtje, si dhe mosp\u00ebrfilljen e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr rivler\u00ebsimin e rrezikut\u201d, deklaroi Sve\u00e7la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas tij, raporti evidenton shkelje serioze nga disa zyrtar\u00eb policor\u00eb dhe pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb zinxhirit komandues n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa gjetjet pritet t\u00eb trajtohen dhe vler\u00ebsohen edhe nga Prokuroria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministri b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se raportin mbi veprimet e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Inspektoratit Policor ia kishte dor\u00ebzuar kryeministrit Albin Kurti, nd\u00ebrsa theksoi se hetimet e m\u00ebtejshme mund t\u00eb nxjerrin n\u00eb pah edhe fakte dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai theksoi se pezullimet nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme pa nj\u00eb hetim t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrcaktim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr secilin zyrtar q\u00eb ka neglizhuar detyrat e tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAsnj\u00eb uniform\u00eb, asnj\u00eb grad\u00eb dhe asnj\u00eb pozit\u00eb komanduese nuk mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si mburoj\u00eb ndaj p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d, u shpreh ministri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sve\u00e7la shtoi se Arlinda Zekaj kishte k\u00ebrkuar mbrojtje dhe kishte paralajm\u00ebruar p\u00ebr rrezikun ndaj jet\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, nd\u00ebrsa institucionet kishin pasur detyrim t\u00eb vepronin n\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar sigurin\u00eb e saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cArlinda kishte k\u00ebrkuar mbrojtje. Institucionet kishin detyrimin t\u00eb vepronin\u201d, theksoi ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb konferenc\u00ebs, ministri b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur edhe se, me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb kryeministrit Albin Kurti, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpiluar nj\u00eb raport i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr rastet aktive me rrezikshm\u00ebri t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb monitorohen nga Policia e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Sve\u00e7l\u00ebs, jan\u00eb identifikuar 155 raste aktive me rrezikshm\u00ebri t\u00eb lart\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat Policia ka raportuar mbi veprimet dhe masat e nd\u00ebrmarra. Po ashtu, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe rastet e vler\u00ebsuara me rrezikshm\u00ebri t\u00eb mesme dhe t\u00eb ul\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, ai b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se 70 raste aktualisht jan\u00eb n\u00ebn monitorim elektronik, si pjes\u00eb e mekanizmave shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e personave q\u00eb ndodhen n\u00eb rrezik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, Sve\u00e7la theksoi se pajisjet teknologjike dhe mekanizmat mbrojt\u00ebs nuk mund ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb njer\u00ebzore dhe profesionale t\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb reagojn\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai shtoi se, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 hetimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb rastit t\u00eb Arlind\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme q\u00eb gjetjet e raportit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe adresimin e mang\u00ebsive n\u00eb procedurat institucionale p\u00ebr trajtimin e rasteve t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje dhe mbrojtjen e viktimave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cP\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb sigurohemi q\u00eb \u00e7do veprim dhe mosveprim t\u00eb hetohet deri n\u00eb fund\u201d, tha&nbsp;Sve\u00e7la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai shtoi se \u00e7do qytetar dhe qytetare q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon mbrojtje nga institucionet e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb sigurin\u00eb se z\u00ebri i tyre do t\u00eb d\u00ebgjohet, raportimi i tyre do t\u00eb trajtohet me seriozitet dhe jeta e tyre do t\u00eb mbrohet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cP\u00ebr t&#8217;u arritur kjo, duhet i gjith\u00eb zinxhiri i institucioneve p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb. Nuk guxojm\u00eb t\u00eb lejojm\u00eb asnj\u00eb halk\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshtoj\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrimi yn\u00eb institucional dhe standardi nga i cili nuk mund dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb shmangje\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sve\u00e7la \u00ebsht\u00eb pyetur nga mediat p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e dor\u00ebheqjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJu e dini shum\u00eb mir\u00eb se para diku 10 vitesh, un\u00eb kam dh\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00ebheqje nga pozita e drejtorit t\u00eb Inspektoratit n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Prishtin\u00ebs, pa pasur kurrfar\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsie p\u00ebr rastin e at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm, duke menduar se dor\u00ebheqja ime do t\u00eb kontribonte n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e praktikave n\u00eb at\u00eb fush\u00eb.
