Sipas saj, vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse Kushtetuesja vendos\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme, at\u00ebher\u00eb rrethanat tha se ndryshojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSi\u00e7 e dini ne kemi shum\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb, Kuvendi \u00ebsht\u00eb konstituuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt pas certifikimit t\u00eb rezultateve. Kemi arritur t\u00eb votojm\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjera na presin n\u00ebse Kuvendi do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb pun\u00ebn\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shtoi se vendimi i presidentes p\u00ebrve\u00e7&nbsp;q\u00eb ishte befasues, sipas saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe jokushtetues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cVendimi i presidentes p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb Kuvendin p\u00ebr mua ka qen\u00eb befasi, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb jokushtetues, i ngutsh\u00ebm, dhe natyrisht q\u00eb si t\u00eb till\u00eb do ta kund\u00ebrshtoj&nbsp;edhe si kryetare e Kuvendit\u201d, deklaroi Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo tha se Kushtetuta e Republik\u00ebs parasheh rrethanat se kur shp\u00ebrndahet Kuvendi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPrandaj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt nuk ka asnj\u00eb rrethan\u00eb q\u00eb i jep t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn presidentes q\u00eb pa kaluar afati 60 ditor\u00eb dhe pa d\u00ebshtuar n\u00eb zgjedhjen e presidentit t\u00eb vendit, ta shp\u00ebrndaj\u00eb Kuvendin. Presidenca nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mbi Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haxhiu deklaroi se k\u00ebtij vendimi nuk do t\u00eb duhej t\u2019i g\u00ebzohej asnj\u00eb deputet i Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. \u201cSepse \u00ebsht\u00eb minim i pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Kuvendit dhe minim i institucionit t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haxhiu ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb duhet ta l\u00ebn\u00eb Kushtetuesen ta b\u00ebj\u00eb pun\u00ebn e saj, sepse, sipas kryeparlamentares, n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tilla gjykata mund t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb presion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTh\u00ebrras Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese, pa dashur t\u00eb kuptohet kjo si ndonj\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje, por situatat aktuale jan\u00eb t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb nevojitet vigjilenc\u00eb, v\u00ebmendje, shpejt\u00ebsi, profesionaliz\u00ebm nga ana e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese.
