Fitorja e saj mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebnoj\u00eb fundin e nj\u00eb modeli t\u00eb qeverisjes, por nuk n\u00ebnkupton automatikisht ndryshim rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsor t\u00eb orientimit komb\u00ebtar, politik dhe gjeostrategjik t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mbetet e paqart\u00eb pse me kaq leht\u00ebsi Vuciq pranoi rezultatin? An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e \u201cLista e student\u00ebve\u201d nuk jan\u00eb politikan\u00eb profesionist\u00eb: p\u00ebrkundrazi, ata jan\u00eb individ\u00eb q\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb respekt publik. Midis tyre jan\u00eb mjek\u00eb, avokat\u00eb, atlet\u00eb, muzikant\u00eb, aktivist\u00eb mjedisor\u00eb dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs sindikatash. Vet\u00ebm nj\u00ebri &#8211; Dejan Shoshkoviq &#8211; ishte kreu i Bank\u00ebs Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Prandaj, p\u00ebr momentin, fjal\u00ebt e Srdanoviq si bat\u00ebs i list\u00ebs nuk jan\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se opinione. Nisur nga k\u00ebto premisa, nuk befason pse Vuciq pranoi menj\u00ebher\u00eb rezultatin e zgjedhjeve sikund\u00ebr procesin e zgjedhjeve si pasoj\u00eb e presionit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm. Paralelisht me k\u00ebt\u00eb Vuciq e kishte v\u00ebrejtur r\u00ebnien s\u00eb imazhit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb syt\u00eb e per\u00ebndimit ku \u00e7do dit\u00eb ndiente izolimin e tij, pavar\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr kontakte. Kjo v\u00ebrehet edhe nga deklarata e tij, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e p\u00ebrktheu ndryshe se&nbsp; fitorja e student\u00ebve u \u201csigurua\u201d nga forca nga jasht\u00eb, duke aluduar kryesisht te politikan\u00ebt evropian\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb shprehur vazhdimisht interesin e tyre p\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb ndershme dhe q\u00eb d\u00ebrguan nj\u00eb delegacion t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm v\u00ebzhguesish (ashtu si Rusia dhe CIS). Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 parashikoi gjithashtu se Serbia do t\u00eb vendoste viza p\u00ebr rus\u00ebt k\u00ebt\u00eb pranver\u00eb, ashtu si\u00e7 b\u00ebri Mali i Zi m\u00eb 1 n\u00ebntor. Paniku shp\u00ebrtheu midis emigrant\u00ebve rus\u00eb (sipas shifrave zyrtare, ka af\u00ebrsisht 60,000 prej tyre n\u00eb Serbi, pa llogaritur ata me viza).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nga ana tjet\u00ebr dihet&nbsp; se L\u00ebvizja studentore \u00ebsht\u00eb e larmishme. Ajo p\u00ebrfshin nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm njer\u00ebzish q\u00eb e kritikuan Vu\u00e7i\u00e7in p\u00ebr vones\u00ebn e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb BE, si dhe ata q\u00eb e kritikuan at\u00eb p\u00ebr d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr t&#8217;u bashkuar me BE-n\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr &#8220;heqjen dor\u00eb&#8221; nga Kosova. Pra edhe nj\u00eb &nbsp;deklarat\u00eb proevropiane, p\u00ebr shembull, nuk d\u00ebshmon vetvetiu ndryshim t\u00eb orientimit strategjik n\u00ebse Serbia vazhdon t\u00eb refuzoj\u00eb hapat konkret\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrafrimit. Nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb nga deklaratat e ndryshme shihet nj\u00eb paradoks politik: Lista e Student\u00ebve do ta rr\u00ebzoj\u00eb modelin e Vu\u00e7i\u00e7it n\u00eb qeverisjen e brendshme, pa e rr\u00ebzuar domosdoshm\u00ebrisht modelin e tij t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb jashtme. Me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb ata jan\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb demokraci, transparenc\u00eb dhe llogaridh\u00ebnie, por nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht duke ruajtur &nbsp;q\u00ebndrimet tradicionale serbe ndaj Kosov\u00ebs, lidhjet me Rusin\u00eb dhe kund\u00ebrshtimin ndaj sanksioneve. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, heterogjeniteti i l\u00ebvizjes mund ta b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb formulimin e nj\u00eb strategjie t\u00eb vetme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, pyetja kryesore nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse Serbia do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb qeveri t\u00eb re, por n\u00ebse kjo qeveri do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb sjelljen e shtetit serb ndaj Kosov\u00ebs dhe rendit rajonal. Nd\u00ebr pikat kryesore q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren si nj\u00eb test politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar n\u00ebse Lista e Student\u00ebve p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb ndryshim real apo nj\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi t\u00eb politikave t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme me figura t\u00eb reja \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebse do ndryshoj\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin S\u00ebrbia ndaj Kosov\u00ebs\u00a0 apo do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb politika e m\u00ebparshme? Srdnaoviq tha se c\u00ebshtja\u00a0 Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr Serbin mbetet vij\u00eb e kuqe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb testin e &nbsp;orientimit gjeopolitik pyetja kryesore do t\u00eb jet\u00eb a do t\u00eb afrohet Serbia realisht me Bashkimin Evropian apo do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb balancimin nd\u00ebrmjet Lindjes dhe Per\u00ebndimit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo q\u00eb dihet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb &nbsp;Lista e Student\u00ebve p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga rryma t\u00eb ndryshme: proevropiane, skeptike ndaj BE-s\u00eb dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse t\u00eb ruajtjes s\u00eb lidhjeve me Rusin\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebtu mbesin disa pyetje para saj: A do t&#8217;i harmonizoj\u00eb politikat me standardet e BE-s\u00eb? K\u00ebtu deri m\u00eb tani nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje e qart\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb refuzimi i sanksioneve ndaj Rusis\u00eb dhe a do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb privilegjuara me Rusin\u00eb pavar\u00ebsisht luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb? N\u00eb publikim, Zoran Stojiljkoviqi shprehet kund\u00ebr sanksioneve ndaj Rusis\u00eb dhe propozon q\u00eb vendimet madhore t\u00eb merren p\u00ebrmes debatit publik dhe referendumit.\u201d Serbia nuk do t\u00eb vendos\u00eb sanksione ndaj Rusis\u00eb. Kjo do t\u00eb ishte si t\u2019i bashkohej \u00e7etnik\u00ebve n\u00eb vitin 1945, tha Prof. Dr. Zoran Stojiljkoviq, nj\u00eb deputet i ardhsh\u00ebm nga \u201cLista e Student\u00ebve\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pra shihet qart\u00eb se&nbsp; referendumi nuk p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr konsultim demokratik sa shmangie e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb politike. Mbetet e paqart\u00eb n\u00ebse Lista e Stdent\u00ebve do t\u00eb ushtroj\u00eb presion mbi Gazprom-in n\u00eb lidhje me shitjen e NIS-it. Negociatat ishin t\u00eb gjata dhe jan\u00eb ende n\u00eb vazhdim &#8211; sanksionet e fundit kund\u00ebr NIS jan\u00eb shtyr\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri. Serbia aktualisht blen gaz rus me 318 euro p\u00ebr mij\u00eb metra kub. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb lir\u00eb n\u00eb krahasim me vendet e tjera. \u00c7mimi i kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb ardhshme do t\u00eb zbuloj\u00eb shum\u00eb rreth q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb Rusis\u00eb sot. Jo rast\u00ebsisht z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i Kremlinit, Dmitry Peskov, shprehu shpres\u00ebn se Lista e Student\u00ebve, e cila fitoi zgjedhjet, do t&#8217;i p\u00ebrparonte marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb konstruktive. &#8220;Shpresojm\u00eb q\u00eb kjo forc\u00eb politike do ta kuptoj\u00eb se bashk\u00ebpunimi me Rusin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb interes t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb&#8221;, deklaroi Peskov. Vet\u00eb ish ambasadori amerikan n\u00eb Beograd, Kristofer Hill tha \u201cedhe pse drejtimi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i l\u00ebvizjes \u00ebsht\u00eb t&#8217;i afrohet q\u00ebndrimeve evropiane, ky orientim nuk mund t\u00eb merret si i mir\u00ebqen\u00eb, duke marr\u00eb parasysh rrymat e ndryshme brenda k\u00ebtij formacioni.
