N\u00eb vitin 2024, Kosova shpenzoi rreth 854.6 milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebr mbrojtjen sociale, prej t\u00eb cilave vet\u00ebm 1.6% u dedikuan p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimet sociale. Ky disproporcion d\u00ebshmon nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qasje m\u00eb t\u00eb balancuar t\u00eb financimit, e cila, krahas mb\u00ebshtetjes p\u00ebrmes transfereve monetare, investon m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb parandalim dhe n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime profesionale p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe familjet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb vij\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb ofrimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve jan\u00eb 38 Qendra p\u00ebr Pun\u00eb Sociale dhe rreth 50 organizata t\u00eb licencuara. Megjithat\u00eb, ato p\u00ebrballen me munges\u00eb t\u00eb burimeve njer\u00ebzore, financimit dhe kushteve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs. N\u00eb komunat e m\u00ebdha, nj\u00eb zyrtar i QPS-s\u00eb menaxhon rreth 350 l\u00ebnd\u00eb aktive n\u00eb vit, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e komunave Organet e Kujdestaris\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb kompletuara me pes\u00eb profesionist\u00ebt e k\u00ebrkuar me ligj. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, organizatat e licencuara rrezikojn\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerjen e sh\u00ebrbimeve p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb financimit t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prandaj, k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb krijimin e Grantit Specifik p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebrbimet Sociale, si mekaniz\u00ebm p\u00ebr financim t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, transparent dhe t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb nevojat e komunave.
