Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, kryetari i Prishtin\u00ebs, P\u00ebrparim Rama, i ka cil\u00ebsuar akuzat si shfaqje politike, duke kund\u00ebrshtuar veprimet e LVV-s\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb Speciale nj\u00eb denoncim lidhur me kontrat\u00ebn p\u00ebr ndri\u00e7imin publik \u201cSmart\u201d, duke ngritur dyshime p\u00ebr keqp\u00ebrdorime t\u00eb mundshme dhe d\u00ebmtim t\u00eb buxhetit komunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shefi i grupit t\u00eb kuvendar\u00ebve n\u00eb Kuvendin e Prishtin\u00ebs, G\u00ebzim Sve\u00e7la, s\u00eb bashku me deputetin Ilir K\u00ebr\u00e7eli, kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se denoncimi p\u00ebrmban gjetjet e tyre lidhur me dallimet n\u00eb \u00e7mime mes dy kontratave p\u00ebr ndri\u00e7imin publik, t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruara n\u00eb korrik t\u00eb vitit 2024 dhe prill t\u00eb vitit 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sve\u00e7la ka deklaruar se dallimet e m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr pozicione dhe pun\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta kan\u00eb nxitur hetimin e tyre t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kontrate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNe jemi t\u00eb bindur se ka prova dhe fakte t\u00eb mjaftueshme q\u00eb b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb abuzive, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar buxheti i Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs\u201d, ka deklaruar Sve\u00e7la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se t\u00eb gjitha gjetjet e tyre tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb Speciale, nga e cila presin zbardhjen e rastit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkaq, deputeti Ilir K\u00ebr\u00e7eli ka paraqitur disa shembuj t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb \u00e7mimeve n\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb, duke pretenduar se p\u00ebr pozicione t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta \u00e7mimet jan\u00eb rritur ndjesh\u00ebm brenda n\u00ebnt\u00eb muajve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontrat\u00eb ka diferenca t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve, n\u00eb krahasim me kontrat\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb para n\u00ebnt\u00eb muajve, ka pozicione t\u00eb cilat nga 90 euro pas n\u00ebnt\u00eb muajve jan\u00eb rritur n\u00eb 300 euro, dhe pozicione t\u00eb tjera nga 50 euro n\u00eb 250 euro nga kontrata e re\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb K\u00ebr\u00e7eli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka ngritur gjithashtu dyshime lidhur me realizimin dhe faturimin e punimeve, duke pretenduar se punimet n\u00eb kryeqytet mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb kryer nga nj\u00eb kompani, nd\u00ebrsa faturimi i tyre t&#8217;i jet\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kompanis\u00eb q\u00eb ka fituar kontrat\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb, me vler\u00eb prej 10 milion\u00eb eurosh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shtyllat n\u00eb kryeqytet, ju mund t\u00eb shihni se aty jan\u00eb stikersat e kompanis\u00eb e cila ka fituar n\u00eb tenderin e par\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrlyer nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb tjet\u00ebr me 10 milion\u00eb euro\u201d, ka deklaruar K\u00ebr\u00e7eli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LVV-ja ka k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb Prokuroria Speciale t&#8217;i hetoj\u00eb t\u00eb dy kontratat dhe t\u00eb verifikoj\u00eb dallimet n\u00eb \u00e7mime, realizimin e punimeve dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e pal\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qendra e L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb Speciale nj\u00eb denoncim lidhur me dyshimet p\u00ebr keqp\u00ebrdorime n\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn p\u00ebr ndri\u00e7imin publik \u201cSmart\u201d, me pretendimin se dallimet e m\u00ebdha n\u00eb \u00e7mime nd\u00ebrmjet dy kontratave mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb shkaktuar d\u00ebmtim t\u00eb buxhetit t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs.
