P\u00ebr transmetuesin publik, raporti thot\u00eb se periudha u karakterizua nga nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb e thell\u00eb financiare e shkaktuar nga bllokada institucionale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas raportit, ajo u leht\u00ebsua pjes\u00ebrisht pas konstituimit t\u00eb Kuvendit n\u00eb shkurt 2026, por nuk pati asnj\u00eb progres n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb modeli afatgjat\u00eb, t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb pavarur financimi. Buxheti i RTK-s\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrafruar as me ligjin n\u00eb fuqi, as me inflacionin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas ndarjes s\u00eb buxhetit p\u00ebr gjasht\u00ebmujorin e par\u00eb t\u00eb 2026-s, RTK u detyrua t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb interes p\u00ebr huan\u00eb qeveritare prej 2,7 milion\u00eb eurosh, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kishte mbijetuar nga korriku deri n\u00eb tetor 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00eb bashku me k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr ekzekutim borxhesh dhe pages\u00ebn e urdh\u00ebruar nga gjykata prej 0,95 milion\u00eb eurosh, gjendja financiare p\u00ebrshkruhet si e r\u00ebnd\u00eb, e p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsuar nga mosmarr\u00ebveshjet e brendshme dhe paq\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebria drejtuese. Rreth 75% e buxhetit shkon p\u00ebr paga. Nd\u00ebrtesa n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn punon RTK \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje shum\u00eb t\u00eb keqe dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb e saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb prill 2026, Kuvendi zgjodhi gjasht\u00eb nga tet\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e munguar t\u00eb Bordit t\u00eb RTK-s\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb gjasht\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e munguar t\u00eb Komisionit t\u00eb Pavarur t\u00eb Mediave, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb t\u00eb dy bordet u b\u00ebn\u00eb funksionale. Mbeten kat\u00ebr vende vakante n\u00eb Bordin e RTK-s\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebr komunitetin serb dhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebr komunitetet e tjera joshumic\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb korrik, Bordi em\u00ebroi Drejtor t\u00eb ri t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, por pozitat e Z\u00ebvend\u00ebsdrejtorit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, dy drejtor\u00ebve dhe Kryeredaktorit vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb mbahen me ushtrim detyre.<br>Ligji i ri p\u00ebr RTK-n\u00eb dhe ai p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e burimeve gazetareske ende nuk jan\u00eb miratuar. Ligji p\u00ebr KPM-n\u00eb u anulua nga Gjykata Kushtetuese, nd\u00ebrsa Bordi i Apelit t\u00eb KPM-s\u00eb nuk ka kuorum q\u00eb nga n\u00ebntori 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gazetar\u00ebt hasin ende vonesa n\u00eb qasjen te dokumentet publike.
