Mallrat e zbuluara p\u00ebrfshinin k\u00ebpuc\u00eb dhe veshmbathje, nd\u00ebrsa pothuajse t\u00eb gjitha produktet mbanin marka tregtare t\u00eb mbrojtura.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas njoftimit t\u00eb Dogan\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, rasti \u00ebsht\u00eb identifikuar gjat\u00eb procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb zhdoganimit, pasi zyrtari doganor ka dyshuar n\u00eb sakt\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb paraqitura p\u00ebr pesh\u00ebn e ngarkes\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cGjat\u00eb verifikimit \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar mosp\u00ebrputhje n\u00eb pesh\u00ebn e kamionit, i cili rezultonte m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb sesa ishte deklaruar\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e Dogan\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas k\u00ebtij konstatimi, zyrtar\u00ebt doganor\u00eb kan\u00eb realizuar kontroll t\u00eb detajuar t\u00eb automjetit, ku kan\u00eb zbuluar gjithsej 1,036 pal\u00eb k\u00ebpuc\u00eb dhe 2,980 cop\u00eb veshmbathje, t\u00eb cilat nuk ishin p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn doganore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vlera e p\u00ebrgjithshme e mallrave t\u00eb zbuluara vler\u00ebsohet n\u00eb rreth 72,600 euro, pa p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb detyrimet e importit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lidhur me rastin, Dogana ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb veprimet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse dhe se procedura administrative \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim.
