Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe presidentja nuk mund t\u2019i shpall\u00eb zgjedhjet e reja e as Kuvendi nuk mund t\u00eb punoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cVendimi i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese p\u00ebr vendosjen e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme lidhur me Dekretin p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarjen e Kuvendit pezullon zbatimin e k\u00ebtij dekreti deri n\u00eb shqyrtimin n\u00eb merita t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes. Ky vendim krijon hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja t\u00eb trajtohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb nga Gjykata Kushtetuese, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rendin kushtetues dhe parimet e funksionimit demokratik t\u00eb institucioneve. P\u00ebr tre jav\u00eb jemi n\u00eb gjendje pritjeje nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjesh dhe vendimesh me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb mbeten pa miratimin e Kuvendit.
