Kuvendi i Republik\u00ebs p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson drejtp\u00ebrdrejt vullnetin e qytetar\u00ebve dhe roli i tij n\u00eb jet\u00ebn demokratike t\u00eb vendit \u00ebsht\u00eb i paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsuesh\u00ebm.
