Ministria e Mbrojtjes synon q\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti t\u00eb nis\u00eb prodhimi i par\u00eb testues i municioneve \u2018Made in Kosova\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por, sfidat p\u00ebr funksionalizimin e fabrik\u00ebs s\u00eb municionit jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sesa vet\u00ebm nd\u00ebrtimi i objektit.&nbsp;Funksionalizimi i fabrik\u00ebs k\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrmbushjen e nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb kushtesh: nga baza ligjore dhe procedurat administrative, deri tek instalimi i teknologjis\u00eb, trajnimi i personelit dhe standardet e siguris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebto sfida, sipas ekspert\u00ebve, v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje n\u00ebse prodhimi i par\u00eb testues mund t\u00eb nis\u00eb brenda afatit t\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb hap\u00ebsira ku \u00ebsht\u00eb planifikuar t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet Fabrika e Municionit n\u00eb Jahoc t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs. N\u00eb lokacionin ku do t\u00eb ngrihet ky kompleks industrial, tashm\u00eb kan\u00eb nisur punimet e para. N\u00eb terren shihen pun\u00ebtor\u00eb dhe makineri t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, t\u00eb angazhuara n\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjet fillestare p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs ku pritet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet fabrika e par\u00eb e municionit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nga Ministria e Mbrojtjes kan\u00eb konfirmuar p\u00ebr RTK-n\u00eb se projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u realizuar sipas dinamik\u00ebs s\u00eb parapar\u00eb dhe marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar me kompanin\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore turke MKE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Punimet p\u00ebr realizimin e projektit t\u00eb fabrik\u00ebs s\u00eb municioneve kan\u00eb filluar dhe jan\u00eb duke vazhduar sipas marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar me kompanin\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore turke MKE. Sipas afateve t\u00eb parapara, pritet q\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti t\u00eb filloj\u00eb prodhimi i par\u00eb testues i municioneve \u2018Made in Kosova\u2019. Ky projekt nuk p\u00ebrfshin vet\u00ebm nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb fabrike, por krijimin e nj\u00eb kompleksi industrial t\u00eb prodhimit t\u00eb municioneve, me infrastruktur\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse, laborator\u00eb testimi dhe kalibrimi, depo dhe objekte t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr funksionimin e tij\u201d.&nbsp;K\u00ebshtu thuhet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen e shefes s\u00eb kabinetit n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Mbrojtjes, Liridona Gashi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, afati i paralajm\u00ebruar p\u00ebr nisjen e prodhimit t\u00eb municioneve deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti shihet si v\u00ebshtir\u00eb i realizuesh\u00ebm nga njoh\u00ebsi i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, Hysen Gecaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNuk e besoj q\u00eb mund t\u00eb arrihet p\u00ebr kaq koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr q\u00eb t\u00eb fillohet me prodhimin e municioneve. \u00cbsht\u00eb e pamundur. Ne nuk kemi nj\u00eb ligj t\u00eb miratuar nga Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr municionet ushtarake\u201d, tha Hysen Gecaj, njoh\u00ebs i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, njoh\u00ebsi i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, Arben Dashevci, vonesat n\u00eb realizimin e projektit i lidh me procedurat administrative dhe ligjore q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllen nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe Turqis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cK\u00ebto vonesa definitivisht i shoh si aspekte procedurale ose administrative nd\u00ebrmjet dy shteteve, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb partneritet i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Turqis\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast i nj\u00eb fabrike shum\u00eb serioze p\u00ebr prodhimin e municioneve, dhe Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, tha Dashevci, njoh\u00ebs i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paralelisht me p\u00ebrgatitjet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e fabrik\u00ebs, Ministria e Mbrojtjes kishte nisur disa muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb edhe procedurat p\u00ebr rekrutimin e personelit q\u00eb do t\u00eb angazhohet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kompleks industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konkursi p\u00ebrfshinte pozita t\u00eb ndryshme dhe profile t\u00eb specializuara nga disa fusha profesionale, si pjes\u00eb e p\u00ebrgatitjeve p\u00ebr v\u00ebnien n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb fabrik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb dhjetor b\u00ebhen dy vjet nga n\u00ebnshkrimi i marr\u00ebveshjes nd\u00ebrmjet Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe prodhuesit shtet\u00ebror turk t\u00eb industris\u00eb s\u00eb mbrojtjes, MKE, p\u00ebr themelimin e fabrik\u00ebs s\u00eb municioneve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, e q\u00eb thuhej se Kosova n\u00eb fund t\u00eb dhjetorit do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb me prodhimin e municionit.
