Me pranimin e tyre, ai i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb strukturat ilegale t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb hisedare n\u00eb zbatimin e legjislacionit t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, thuhet  n\u00eb reagimin e PDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas Partis\u00eb Demokratike, k\u00ebto vendime tregojn\u00eb se kryeministri Kurti ka zhvilluar negociata larg v\u00ebmendjes s\u00eb opinionit publik. \u201cN\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb transparence dhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur po inskenohej kriza e radh\u00ebs institucionale, me t\u00eb cilat, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb PDK-ja, ai dhe partia n\u00eb pushtet po e d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb funksionalitetin e Republik\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb, Sipas PDK-s\u00eb, Kurti deklaronte se n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk ekzistojn\u00eb m\u00eb struktura paralele t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb me vendimet e tij, thot\u00eb ky subjekt polkitik opozitar, po e pranon publikisht ekzistenc\u00ebn e tyre dhe po krijon kushte p\u00ebr vazhdimin e funksionimit t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00ebto l\u00ebshime jan\u00eb vazhdim i logjik\u00ebs s\u00eb rrezikshme t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Brukselit dhe aneksit t\u00eb Ohrit, t\u00eb pranuara nga Kurti pa transparenc\u00eb dhe pa debat institucional, t\u00eb cilat tashm\u00eb po prodhojn\u00eb pasoja konkrete n\u00eb terren n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb interesit shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, thuhet tutje n\u00eb reagimin e PDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kjo parti thot\u00eb se ligjet e Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb zbatohen plot\u00ebsisht dhe nj\u00ebsoj p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa, sipas tyre, \u00e7do struktur\u00eb ilegale q\u00eb vepron jasht\u00eb sistemit shtet\u00ebror duhet t\u00eb mbyllet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
